Documo is a great HIPAA compliant platform. It’s easy to use and navigate. I also love that you receive an email notifying you when the fax went through as well as if it did not. Fax details and numbers are logged so you can go back and save them for the future and add them to your contacts for quick reference!
Receiving faxes is also smooth as an automatic email notifies you of the fax.
It’s easy to download received faxes to save and import into any EHR. Really for the price and the consistency, reliability, and HIPAA compliant with BAA, Documo is a solid choice I highly recommend. Honestly, I haven’t had any issues. The service efficiently, there no lag, there’s plenty of help tutorials and videos on using specific features. For a non-tech person it is VERY easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
