What I appreciate most about Lytho is the transparency it provides to our clients throughout every stage of their submission. It also offers a single platform for both our clients and our team, making sure everyone stays aligned. Additionally, I have to mention how impressive the metrics are that I can generate for leadership—they truly stand out! Lastly, customer support is always quick to respond. Unfortunately, it often takes quite a while for the updates we need to be implemented in Lytho. Our requests are added to a wish list, and unless many customers want the same feature, it can take months for any changes to actually happen—if they happen at all. I also wish there were more flexibility for customers to modify certain features, like the approval statuses for proofs, since the current options can't be edited.
