We use it daily. **What do you dislike about Lytho?** Some items upload to the proofing system and don't look 100% like they should (colors are off, images are slightly blurry, etc.). **What problems is Lytho solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lytho allows multiple reviewers to leave comments in real time and annotate specifics on each proof. The options of highlighting, arrows and strikethroughs make annotating even easier. It's easy to have a "discussion" about something in Lytho, with all comments captured for reference later, the ability to see version 1 and version 2 side-by-side, etc. Lytho is also a great way to track tasks and stay on deadlines. ### 2. Lytho is incredibly helpful for users to get feedback on their work, and makes it easy for requesters to review. Implementing Lytho has centralized communication on creative projects and helps us stay on top of our workload. **What do you dislike about Lytho?** Lytho makes it easy for reviewers to make edits, changes to the project, but what gets lost sometimes is the requester's positive feedback. If they are pleased with a project, they'll simply mark 'approved as is' and move on - of course they are able to add a comment of thanks or praise but it isn't part of the natural flow of the product. In traditional mediums of email, IM, etc. you'd generally get more from a requester than 'approved as is'. Their postivie feedback can be so affirming when you've spent a lot of time and effort on something it's nice to hear their thoughts on it - especially when the majority of feedback we get from requesters are their edits/changes. I also wish that Lytho made it easier to see the project request/desicription when reviewing. Many times i will want to reference when reviewing work my intern has created. I also know that sometime reviewers are asked to look at work they aren't aware of what has been requested, etc. that it would be nice to have the funcionality to reference the initial request easily. **What problems is Lytho solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is centralizing where we do our creative reviews and has begun to create a project library that makes it easy to reference what we've done in years past. It has helped us stay on track of all projects - from one-off, quick turn jobs to large campaigns with many tasks & proofs. ### 7. When we need something outside of the standard customization abilities, Travis (and anyone else, but Travis is our main dude) is always happy to start/help troubleshoot and get a plan in place to support whatever pain points we're currently focused on. My PM partner and I have a running joke when our coworkers note or mention or ask about system automations to seamlessly keep work moving thorugh its paces within Lytho - those automation robots are us in Project management! Lytho has so much flexibility and workflow options we can leverage we're wliterally working so efficiently that others think we're robots! **What do you dislike about Lytho?** One focus spot for us is needing more layers of roles and especially in the Requester or Stakeholders areas. We're an enormous company but handle the vast majority of our work in house versus relying on agency support. Almost always our Stakeholders are internal while they may be C-suite level execs, we can and should be sharing/broadcasting details, context and tracking abilities with 100% transperancy. I've worked on agency shops with external clients so fully understand and appreciate the need to control access - in Sunbelt Rental Inc.'s case though, we'd be better served having the ability to provide more transperancy among our co-workers. **What problems is Lytho solving and how is that benefiting you?** Primarily for us currently it is managing a robust central resource of truth for our in development projects/needs. The ability to see feedback, reviewers, collaborative plans and schedule details between PM, our high-level coworkers and our agency partners saves LOTS of time from asking and answering questions via setting up reports and sharing them to stakeholders to glance at real time accurate info about varying projects' process and restraints. ### 9. The team, from my account manager to the support desk, has been more responsive than any other organization I've worked with. I have rarely ran up against something Lythos cannot do for me in my project managment. **What do you dislike about Lytho?** The one thing I would like to have added is an option to "download all" when it comes to downloading files from the system. Some projects can have numerious assets attached and it can be combersome to download each individual file. A check matrix or download all option would be wonderful. **What problems is Lytho solving and how is that benefiting you?** The stop watch feature lets me track my time in real time as I am working on a project. The project management tools are excellent and easy to use, and as a manager, it is simple to set up reporting structures for quick follow ups with the team. Our stakeholders like the simplicity of the forms, ease of review, and have required little guidance, which speaks to the intuitive nature of the platform. Our team have been using Lytho for a few years now, and we don't know what we'd do without it! And finally, the customer support is always there with various help pages, and responsive teams to answer questions or take our suggestions. This tool does exactly what we need it to do. **What problems is Lytho solving and how is that benefiting you?** All Stakeholder must use Lytho when requesting jobs. No more submitting jobs piece meal via email. We have trained our stakeholder this is the tool you must use to submit any request. We are able to see how many projects are requested by division and stakeholder. ### 22. Ease of use is a plus, especially for the end user to view proofs and submit projects requests. Customer Support team is also extremely helpful and hands on with urgency to answer questions, trouble shoot issues and set up functionality needed for projects. The Implementation and pre-launch with setup and onboarding of the platform was top notch. Stefanie Hausner was very thorough with training and assitance to walk through process of building out the platform for my team and being on hand to help where ever needed during our launch out to our full marketing team. Post launch with Travis Reese has also been wonderful with montly calls to discuss any topics needed, answer questions, provide resolutions to issues, and keeping us aware of new features that can help take our workings with the platform to a higher level. New Features released that roll out have been good additions to the platform, one of my favorite and most used is Change Orders, it has been a game changer for project updates when needed after an initial request has been accepted. The creative proofing feature is amazing with the side by side view of proof versions. It provides a great visual and easy access for cross reference of edits being made from one version to the next. **What do you dislike about Lytho?** Lytho's ability to integrate with other systems is limited. It would be great for Lytho to integrate with Microsft Office for Teams and and Outlook to further connect tasks and communication between the to to translate and make for seamless communication and b able to turn emails and messages into actionable tasks within Lytho projects. There is a current wish list that has been logged and submitted for review and possible accommodations to unveil with time if feasible. While there has been many new features that are resourceful to my workflow, some of the high level wish list items are still on hold. The ability to automate more of the task actions would be helpful epsecially with numerous forms and templates created and used within my team's project. A good bit of actions from myslef as the admin and project manager is still manual and does take time. The ability to be able to tweak forms once the support team has created functionality, it would be helpful for the admin to be able to make tweaks in specific ares of form where needed to allow for quck updates from our end versus having to put in a new request. Also alot of our forms we are very hands on with and hve creted ourselves for easability. **What problems is Lytho solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lytho is solving the challenges of creative workflow with my design team being able to esily follow through on the creative tasks of a project as well as the project management side and tracking of all project activity with analytrics and reporting to audit projects. The proofing process is also being remedied with Lytho in helping my marketing team requestors being able to efficiently and esily mark up proof edits and cross check proof versions against each other. ### 23. It's been my favorite project management system I've used in my career and can be used either as a simple task management tool or in more complex ways to run reports on everything going on in the team. **What do you dislike about Lytho?** There are times when there are minor inconviences with slight bugs, etc. (although to their credit, they tend to be very open to hearing and fixing issues, suggestions, and improvements for the product). **What problems is Lytho solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps keep me on task day-to-day with an easy look at what's due and when it's due + allows me to easily communicate with stakeholders and teammates on the project via comments. CUrrently my company does not have a standard way to review art so we are using a multitude of things to move art around for approval. With Lytho once the art is submitted all the reviews and comments are available for all the stakeholders to access without my involvement. **What do you dislike about Lytho?** One of the things that I wish was available in Lytho is a text compare tool. Most of our files are about 70% text heavy so it will be great to click a button and be able to compare the text to find any changes verses having to read multiple documents word for word to find any changes. **What problems is Lytho solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lytho Create Workflow is allowing us to combine several applications that we currently use into one. By doing this it is saving so much time and keeping us organized with being able to locate records and the history of the various changes at the click of a finger. ### 25. With Lythos I am able to get all users I need to review a piece in one place, make those edits and re-route for them to give their final blessing. ### 26. A powerful video proofing feature. The ability to assign and measure the level of effort individuals spend on a project. Ability to look at someone's calendar to see who is drowning in work and who can take on additional projects. A robust data collection system that allows team leaders to look at reporting to see how their creative team is running. **What do you dislike about Lytho?** There are so many features within the Lytho Creative Workflow system that it can sometimes be hard to find all of the features. This is easily overcome by spending time with the system and your Success Manager at Lytho. **What problems is Lytho solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having a large team of internal marketing and external departments look at proofs would always have a proof be left laying on a reviewer's desk and resulting in us not being able to keep the project moving forward. With Lytho, the project is moving forward, and all individuals are given the same time and opportunity to review a project. ### 50.
