Some of the features I like the most are: A complete collaborative tool for when it comes to proofing, whether it be a team of a couple of people or a couple of hundred people. A powerful video proofing feature. The ability to assign and measure the level of effort individuals spend on a project. Ability to look at someone's calendar to see who is drowning in work and who can take on additional projects. A robust data collection system that allows team leaders to look at reporting to see how their creative team is running. **What do you dislike about Lytho?** There are so many features within the Lytho Creative Workflow system that it can sometimes be hard to find all of the features. This is easily overcome by spending time with the system and your Success Manager at Lytho. **What problems is Lytho solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having a large team of internal marketing and external departments look at proofs would always have a proof be left laying on a reviewer's desk and resulting in us not being able to keep the project moving forward. With Lytho, the project is moving forward, and all individuals are given the same time and opportunity to review a project. ### 2. I wish I could share the data right from the dashboard. The dashboard is incredibly helpful by giving a quick overview of project status, reviews, and more. **What do you dislike about Lytho?** Before we switched from InMotion to Lytho, the person who uploaded proofs to the project could also add a text "note" along with it. We would use this space to add links or extra information about the files that were uploaded for review. On Lytho the project manager can add a note when they send out the proof for review, but the person who uploaded the files into the review assets portion of the proof cannot. **What problems is Lytho solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ability to tag members within the project/proof when writing a comment (and then that tagged member being able to link straight to the project) has really helped us stay organized. Deadline reminders are also wonderful. When reviewing proofs, it is easy for reviewers to leave specific comments with icons, arrows, and tagging other members. Being able to go back into a proof after someone tags you in a comment to reply back is also a great tool, even if that reviewer has already submitted their approval status. ### 25. The tool is so customizable and takes away a lot of the busy work to allow for projects to be created, assigned and reviewed in a fraction of the time. **What do you dislike about Lytho?** One of Lytho Creative Workflow's few downsides is the lack of information sharing with the DAM. I have seen glimpses of these integrations coming together so I know it's in the works but it would be fantastic to have the ability to share tags on the same project across the two platforms. **What problems is Lytho solving and how is that benefiting you?** As the primary owner/administrator of the program on my team, Lytho Creative Workflow allows me to save a lot of time in setting up campaigns and projects. The overall project has separate and specific tasks. There is an easy way to contact/tag other project members so they can see all the information at once instead of just an email with a vague overview. **What do you dislike about Lytho?** I don't like how the dashboard is set up so that you see just the latest individual task. I would prefer to have the ability to go to a project straight from the dashboard instead of to the individual task. You can do pretty much anything and everything that is desired, but you have to be willing to research how to do it. Also, they do quarterly reviews on how you are doing, they pull numbers and data and show how you are using the software, and then will show you things you can improve on. You don't have to ask for these kinds of reviews or anything - they do it! **What do you dislike about Lytho?** I wish that it was integrated with the DAM, but I know they are working on that. Can't wait till that happens. **Recommendations to others considering Lytho:** Do it! You won't be able to find a better vendor that offers the same kind of partnership that Lytho does. Creating a job ticket automatically with the request form - this has been a huge problem that has been solved. Previously we had used an email inbox to take in job requests and then someone would have to go into another piece of software and add it all to a ticket, but now the system does it all for us. 2. Traffic Management on workload - previously we had been using Trello and we got to a point that we were just outgrowing that software. Now we can use custom views, calendar views and the workload tab to keep track of all our jobs 3. Data and Analytics - we are currently getting into this now, but I think this is going to be a big benefit, especially when talking to CMO and leadership ### 46. DivvyHq themselves have published the findings of a 3rd party evaluation that shows how they beat every one. It has been key to my team's survival and success as we migrated to remote telework during the pandemic. We love the end-to-end solution it provides, from intake to project management & resource assignment to reviews and productivity reporting. Having a straightforward platform to address all these needs from any browser anywhere has been a game-changer to us. We especially love the direct access to reviews via email notifications (which doesn't require stakeholders to log in and navigate to their reviews) and the recently launched form builder tool, which has made the creation and distribution of request forms so much easier to manage and update as needed. The customer team has been super-helpful and very responsive to our feature requests too! **What do you dislike about Lytho?** There are still some features from the legacy inMotionNow platform that have yet to make their way into ignite. Some additional customization options would also be welcome within the review environment, particularly around approval statuses. Having the option to re-send the same review out to additional tiers of reviewers once initially returned (without having to create a new version) would be great as well. Overall though, inMotion ignite is a fantastic project management platform. **Recommendations to others considering Lytho:** Lytho fit well with our organization, structure, and needs. They have been a great partner, responsive to feedback, and continually make improvements and updates to the platform. I highly recommend a hands-on tour and demo to truly see the value and features Lytho brings and how well-tailored they are to creative and marketing teams. **What problems is Lytho solving and how is that benefiting you?** inMotion ignite has solved many process problems for our team. Previously, we used a very manual, paper-oriented process. The ability to take the entire end-to-end experience digital, and add in additional never-before enjoyed aspects like task assignments, time-tracking, resource management, and reporting allowed us to increase our overall productivity by more than 35% in the first year. In addition, these benefits allowed my team not to miss a beat when we migrated to full-time telework during the pandemic. Our previous process would have been impossible to maintain remotely. We thank our lucky stars we onboarded inMotion ignite in late 2019 and had users trained by the end of February 2020 - a mere two weeks before everyone in our organization switched to full-time telework.
