Even deliverables that aren't files but rather links to external repositories that host a collection of files like images is very helpful. Additionally, I'd say I really enjoy the different tracking features that help me stay organized and prioritize projects. Support articles are generally quite helpful as well, and helped substantially as I learned the platform and got comfortable using it. **What do you dislike about Lytho?** The search function is not as robust as I'd like for it to be much of the time. It is often difficult to find work or projects, especially those which are repeated more than once-twice per year or per semester. Additionally, I am unsure of how best to work in Lytho, and support articles don't make it completely clear how best to approach workflows and optimizing them for myself and my team. There are also times where Lytho is unresponsive or buggy/laggy and that can get in the way at times. I haven't integrated any of our other softwares with Lytho at this stage, nor have I utilized its AI tools or am I aware of its pricing vs. our ROI. **What problems is Lytho solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lytho helps me manage all of the different requests, big and small, formal and informal, which is a tremendous help as I work to prioritize and organize my workload. It is quite beneficial for myself and my team because we are very service-oriented and responsive to requests from various departments on our campus. Lytho makes it easier to receive those requests as well as plug in ad-hoc projects on our own as we receive less formal requests internally or from our fellow team members. ### 2. Sharing assets is very easy, and I can gain a lot of insight into who is very active and with what. Furthermore, I greatly appreciate the support from Lytho. **What do you dislike about Lytho?** Sometimes I find Lytho limited in the options for blocking parts/not sharing options, and I miss a functionality that adds or removes scheduled permissions. Furthermore, it is sometimes difficult that you can only 'add' people through permissions, but it would also be nice to be able to 'exclude' people. So certain assets are NOT visible to group x. **What problems is Lytho solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lytho ensures that we can easily share assets, provide worldwide access to colleagues, and directly connect with our PIM system. You can store a lot of additional information using custom fields and metadata. It’s also very nice to be able to link quitclaim documents. **What do you dislike about Lytho?** It’s a pity that the program isn’t available in Dutch. The Help Center, in particular, can be a bit harder to understand at times, especially when you’re still trying to find your way around the program. It’s also a shame that administrators can only be added to one group. Recently, I realized that I wasn’t seeing certain photos uploaded by colleagues. It turned out that this was because, as an administrator, I was in a different group. In a large organization like ours, there are many different departments, and I want to be able to place users in different groups. And as an administrator, I want to be able to view images from all groups. I also find it very unfortunate that “Description” cannot be set as a required field. For us as administrators, that would save a lot of work. **What problems is Lytho solving and how is that benefiting you?** We didn’t used to have a central location where all our photos were stored. Photos were mainly kept on personal drives, were often not shared, and as a result, it was hard to see which photos we already had. We also frequently had to use stock photos because we didn’t have the right ones. It also offers a single platform for both our clients and our team, making sure everyone stays aligned. Additionally, I have to mention how impressive the metrics are that I can generate for leadership—they truly stand out! Lastly, customer support is always quick to respond. **What do you dislike about Lytho?** Unfortunately, it often takes quite a while for the updates we need to be implemented in Lytho. Our requests are added to a wish list, and unless many customers want the same feature, it can take months for any changes to actually happen—if they happen at all. I also wish there were more flexibility for customers to modify certain features, like the approval statuses for proofs, since the current options can't be edited. **What problems is Lytho solving and how is that benefiting you?** Transparency has greatly improved for us. Love the deadlines we can set up for each step of the process. **What do you dislike about Lytho?** I don't care for the new review layout. All comments showing up on the right-hand side is confusing, harder to keep track of where I am at. Also noticing that sometimes if I click on a comment it's not jumping me to that page/location like it should. Also, when submitting a review it's really annoying that I have to make sure I select "all assets" or whatever it is since we mostly work in multiple-page documents. Also having to hit "submit" multiple times is annoying and when introducing new users they typically forget to hit "submit" that last time so then their review isn't complete and I have to ask them about it. Do not like that you are unable to edit a review route after it has started, that has caused some hiccups for us. Right now a project manager has to manually adjust a designer LOE, based on # of meetings they have per week to reflect true availabilty. if this was integrated into the workload, we could see the meeting times and it automatically deduct off of their time. Our team is currently getting rid of our other project managemnt tool ( kanban) and solely transisioning all requests into lytho. We typically have to build the scope of a request right now before we can put it into lytho because we don't also have all information we need. My PM partner and I have a running joke when our coworkers note or mention or ask about system automations to seamlessly keep work moving thorugh its paces within Lytho - those automation robots are us in Project management! Lytho has so much flexibility and workflow options we can leverage we're wliterally working so efficiently that others think we're robots! **What do you dislike about Lytho?** One focus spot for us is needing more layers of roles and especially in the Requester or Stakeholders areas. We're an enormous company but handle the vast majority of our work in house versus relying on agency support. Almost always our Stakeholders are internal while they may be C-suite level execs, we can and should be sharing/broadcasting details, context and tracking abilities with 100% transperancy. I've worked on agency shops with external clients so fully understand and appreciate the need to control access - in Sunbelt Rental Inc.'s case though, we'd be better served having the ability to provide more transperancy among our co-workers. **What problems is Lytho solving and how is that benefiting you?** Primarily for us currently it is managing a robust central resource of truth for our in development projects/needs. The ability to see feedback, reviewers, collaborative plans and schedule details between PM, our high-level coworkers and our agency partners saves LOTS of time from asking and answering questions via setting up reports and sharing them to stakeholders to glance at real time accurate info about varying projects' process and restraints. ### 46.
