What do you like best about LeanData?

I use LeanData to match leads to accounts and contacts in Salesforce, which is critical for our team's success. Its seamless Salesforce integration is impressive. The platform's ability to handle fuzzy matching excellently saves us time, as we'd otherwise spend much longer determining matches manually. I also appreciate the instant notifications and extensive segmentation allowed by the flows, which enable us to make strategic decisions and act immediately rather than wasting time on small details. What do you dislike about LeanData?

I'm used to working in platforms that allow concurrent flows, so sometimes it's a little tricky to make sure the flows cover all of our bases in just 1 flow. I think that knowledge of flow charts and how Salesforce operates is critical. What do you like best about LeanData?

LeanData is. a powerful tool that handles complex routing needs and so much more. It's very similar to creating flows in salesforce, but in a much more visual way via the flow diagrams. Some of their latest features have made it really easy to debug routing issues and easy to figure out how to fix problems. Really great tool. With the complexity, it can be a little daunting to learn, but they have regular interactive sessions that you can join and ask a group of peers and the experts on the webinar about your specific situation and how to best solve it. What do you like best about LeanData?

I really appreciate LeanData's auditing capabilities; they are excellent. It's easy to see what LeanData did with the leads that come in and how it affects the records it touches. The visual graph feature is just great compared to competitors. LeanData's audit trails are key for figuring out how data gets set, which makes troubleshooting existing processes and fixing issues really easy, ensuring they don't happen again. What do you dislike about LeanData?

This feature, easily accessible in FlowBuilder Editor, will enable you to preview routing results for mock records you can create from scratch or from an existing record. What do you like best about LeanData?

I find LeanData rock solid. Once a workflow has been built, it operates exactly as intended and provides clear auditing for what actions were taken and why. This makes it easy to make adjustments as our team and motions expand. I also appreciate that the automations work consistently and trigger immediately. The auditing feature is critical because it allows us to quickly and easily determine what changes may need to occur, which is incredibly valuable in a constantly changing environment. "Effortless Lead Routing and Data Quality Boost"
What do you like best about LeanData?

I love how easy and versatile LeanData is for managing otherwise complex territories and routing rules. With many publications and verticals each having individual routing rules, LeanData is the only tool capable of handling this complexity with ease. I also appreciate the fuzzy match algorithm that effectively flags leads alongside the correct account. LeanData's visual drag-and-drop canvas is very helpful, allowing logic to keep up with changes, manage exceptions, and test accurately, which removes bottlenecks and ensures accuracy and speed in lead routing. What do you dislike about LeanData?

We have unique OOO rules for our reps, which don't align with native functionality and force us to purchase additional seats purely for OOO usage. What do you like best about LeanData?

I find LeanData very reliable, especially since it's natively integrated with Salesforce, which means I encounter a lot fewer issues overall. The product does what it promises, and it's easy to audit processes to see what's working or not. I also appreciate the ability to test through the flow with specific records before setting it live. LeanData's system is important for making sure tools work well together and business processes are followed, especially because it's responsible for routing some of our highest priority leads. I haven't seen as much on the AI product development as other technology we work with. I think that's the one area for potential work for LeanData is just getting AI capabilities in there because I do see a lot of ways in which it could make the product more impactful. What do you like best about LeanData?

I love that LeanData is Salesforce native, which makes it easier for debugging and less likely to have delays and syncing issues. The thorough audit logs are fantastic for keeping track of everything. I also find the UI simple and approachable, especially for building out flows and orchestration. It makes queue management more efficient, allowing AE managers to take more control without always relying on ops. What do you dislike about LeanData?

Some things that don't work well with LeanData right now are around BookIt. We have issues where a Prospect Submitting a sales form is presented a calendar link but doesn't book right away. If they don't book we have a 5 minute hold to ensure we get a fast SLA on their form submission and the lead gets routed to an Rep. The challenge is if they kept the calendar modal open, they can end up booking with an AE different from the one assigned during the routing process. We haven't received great support on how to resolve this issue, which creates an operational bottleneck due to our high volume inbound funnel process. Also, some of the functionality and guidance when using BookIt could be better. Additionally, the initial setup was moderately difficult given our existing business logic, and we had to collaborate with their advising team. We quickly got something live, but after a few months, we needed to change our initial approach, requiring a rebuild. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LeanData?

I like that LeanData gives you the freedom to do most things, even though it's a bit complicated, which is needed for solving complex business problems. The visual mapping is easy to see, and I really enjoy having all my processes mapped out visually. The flexibility it offers is another great aspect. I love how if I have a problem, it's straightforward to check the log, see where someone got tripped up in the router, and even understand how to fix it. LeanData also makes it easier to clean data before it enters the router. I appreciate the various matching, routing, and updating features that LeanData has, making it easier to identify and address problems visually. What do you dislike about LeanData?

It is a bit complicated. I feel like there are many areas of the product that I don't understand. I wish it was a bit more intuitive. I also wish that the book it tool was more integrated with the router, so you could route to somebody and then give them their schedule, as they're kind of two separate products right now.
