What do you like best about BoldTrail?

What do you dislike about BoldTrail?

the search feature for the contacts could use some improvement. It's not always clear which filters are on/off and it spins for a while leaving me waiting for the contacts to pop up. The AI chatbot is typically wrong when I ask it qs about the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BoldTrail solving and how is that benefiting you?

Currently we primarily use front office and back office but we are not proficient as a brokerage utilizing front office properly.

Back office is something we can’t do without. Keeps everything together and compliant. Now we just need to get caught up with front office and then hopefully recruiting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Business on Auto-Pilot and Endless Resources"

What do you like best about BoldTrail?

The system is incredibly robust. Its great for making sure no leads fall through the cracks, and you are always connecting with your sphere in different ways. If you aren't logging in daily, you're missing something. The presentation tool, digital and print marketing material templates are wonderful for those agents who just need a good place to start. Never go empty handed! The chat support is also great to use. The AI usually can point you in the right direction, but if you need further information you can easily connect with a person. Sometimes the mobile application has issues when using. I recommend to all my team to use the web version. I also wish the search alerts for clients had more filter options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some features could use improvement, but couldn’t we all! It’s on the right track. There are mini adjustments that can be made such as fonts and color customization within comments but also to allow select users the ability to adjust themselves (such as themes) without bugging customer support. BoldTrail integrate seamlessly with all the processes that agents use to build their business , they can generate a leads, convert leads stay in touch with past clients all while tracking their business and understanding return on investment in the time that they are spending to generate leads in every pathway.
