It has eliminated that cost and time spent. Anything that is clicked on that is sent from KV is tracked and we are notified in real time what clients are looking at on our website. CMAs are a breeze. **What do you dislike about BoldTrail?** Anything I have had an issue with has had a resolution. The support team has walked me through processes as I have been learning the new system. **What problems is BoldTrail solving and how is that benefiting you?** There was no way to know what clients were doing with the information we were sending them. KV allows us to narrow down their specs and give them accurate information for their wants and needs. Auto replies allow our clients to know that we actively working their transaction. For something that does this many complex tasks, it can't be simple. I can speak to someone who may look to buy or lease in the future. I can set up a search and put them on a campaign and KVCore does the rest to groom them until they are ready. It's as easy as set it and forget it. Another thing that has really helped me is how the results get tailored to the client's browsing habits.
