I prefer their lead system where you can set it up so that you automatically send a text and email response to your new lead, and you don't have to answer a phone call to be connected live to the lead (like how Zillow works). I'm so often busy and can't answer a phone call, so I would often miss out on my Zillow leads. I've had much better success with Realtor.com leads overall. One of my favorite features is that you can still purchase non-shared leads that only go to you, so you're not competing with another agent.

Their system for following up with and managing your contacts is also superior to Zillow IMO. At no additional cost you can send them market reports and new listing alerts directly through Realtor.com, which is great for any agents starting out that don't have a dedicated CRM yet. In the last year I've experienced SO MANY issues with their app on my Google Pixel 7 & 8 Pro along with their "Realtor.com for Professionals" website. For context, I'm a fairly tech-savvy person with IT support as well. The texting interface in the app is extremely glitchy and freezes up all the time. I also haven't been able to delete contacts from within the app for a very long time. I sent a complaint and they basically just said they're aware of the issue and are working on it (but it's been months now and it's still not working correctly). I even deleted the app and re-installed it, but nothing improved.

My contacts also don't sync correctly on the website, and for a while the website simply wouldn't load on Chrome despite me doing everything they suggested to make it work. This makes it far more difficult to manage my leads and business overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They tell you the leads ARE SHARED BETWEEN YOU AND ONE OTHER AGENT. This is not true!! The leads are shared to multiple agents! The leads are also very low grade. I don't like that you sign up blind and you are forced to stay in for a full year. The leads are terrible and you end up bleeding out money and not getting closings. Customer service is terrible, most of the people in the sales department are so hateful and threatening. The people who I have spoken with first are always very nice then you get transferred to the sales department. That's when everything changes. They're so unkind! It's like joining the mafia because once you're in you can not get out! You are forced to complete a full year even though the leads are so low grade, shared, and most of what I've gotten are $5,000 lots, $10,000 mobile homes, etc...and rarely a response from any of the leads. I will complete my time, because I'm being forced to do so, and I will NEVER sign up with realtor.com again! This has been the greatest waste of money for leads I've experienced in my career as a realtor.

I have 3 realtor friends who were going to sign up if my year went ok, well it's been a huge loss so far so realtor.com lost all 3 of them...If you are an agent and you're thinking about buying realtor.com leads, DO NOT!!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

at the time of signing second time around I changed my zip code to a better one 180 lisitings avail most 500-600k and in that zip code there is ONE mobile home park and my first 3 in 24 hours were same mobile home park and 2 re same Mobile home .. so far ALL of them are mobile home leads .. they said it's a revolving lead generation except I kept getting these leads and they don't even respond and if they do , they have no interest in renting in a park or have any money or credit .. so very disappointed, great if all you want is mobile home leads that go no- where , I spent over 2000 for crap , I was able to get one out of the last leaf so decided to sign up again using a better more expensive area and I get these . won't use again , actually want my money back ! EVERYTHING. They promise if they can't deliver the leads you will get a refund or credit. 100% lie. The best they offered me was 60% of the TOTAL leads I did not get... oh and by the way that was only Realtor.com credit. WHICH also ... by the way... you have to spend thousands and commit to at least 6 months of garbage leads. I can not say enough bad things about this company. I've talked to so many folks that work there including managers and none of them could care less about delivering proper leads or helping me when a lead is duplicated, bad phone, or etc. Never again. In October 2022 my year contract with the new leads in 21801 and 21804 was over. The leads in these zip codes were crap and I did not get all the leads I paid for. I reached out they did a review and told me they owe me $658. However, they have NEVER refunded me the money. I have emailed several times, called at least 4 times and every time they "escalate" the request and tell me someone will call me in 24 hrs and guess what--nobody ever does and they still have not refunded my money after 2 motnhs!!!
