What do you like best?
Aside from the capabilities of the software, iCharts provides a unique customer service experience. Their training focuses on the foundations of the software so that you are able to take what you have learned and independently apply it to the specific needs of your business.
In the instances where I have worked with the iCharts team on more complex business needs, they were able to get back to me within a reasonable time frame to assist. On many occasions, I was able to obtain answers on my own from their online knowledge base. As a bonus, I really enjoyed working with their team members.
What do you dislike?
I cannot think of anything that I disliked about the product. Any capabilities of the product that were not available at the time that I started using iCharts have since been included in their updates.
