I use HiThrive to give shoutouts to my teammates, and I really like the reward system. We get 500 points each month to give HiThrive points to coworkers, and they receive at least 25 points from us. These points can be used to buy company swag or items from Amazon, which I find rewarding as it's like a return gift. I like that it's easy to say thank you, making my teammate's help feel valued. The centralized platform for shoutouts is great too, as every employee can see them regardless of department. I also find the setup straightforward, with a self-explanatory UI after authenticating.
