I wasn’t notified when I had new points available to redeem, although this may have been an issue on my company’s side rather than HiThrive’s. I use HiThrive to acknowledge my colleagues, give them shout-outs and points, and show them that they’re important to our organization. It gives me a way to say things I might not otherwise say, and I can see the acknowledgements and shout-outs colleagues give each other. I love using HiThrive at work to thank coworkers with something tangible. There isn't much that I find problematic with HiThrive. The current product seems good overall. The only thing I can think of is that the conversion ratio could be improved.
