"Team Morale Thriving with HiThrive"
4.5/5
What do you like best about HiThrive?

I love being able to share with the team my gratitude and appreciation in a personal way (especially with GIFs :D) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HiThrive?

I tend to run out of points to give pretty quickly, but I’m sure that’s more on my HiThrive admins than on the tool itself, haha. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Boosts Team Morale with Tangible Appreciation"
4/5
What do you like best about HiThrive?

I like HiThrive for the positive energy it gives me and how it lets us put our appreciation into actions that make everyone happy. I love that it shows everyone's praises and motivates people to be better at work by building an atmosphere of reinforcing positive acts. I appreciate that HiThrive takes appreciation and recognition from just words to something tangible by sharing tokens and points that can be redeemed for gifts, making appreciation more concrete. I think being public about what we appreciate and shouting out each other's good work is a very effective way of showing gratitude. The setup is super easy too, as I just need to log in with my SSO. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HiThrive?

I think a minor improvement could be adding a weekly reminder to encourage sharing appreciation. Sometimes it's not obvious that there's a function to do this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Slack-Based Recognition That Strengthens Team Culture"
5/5
What do you like best about HiThrive?

What I like best about HiThrive is how easy it makes recognizing teammates. It lives right inside Slack, so giving a shout-out takes a few seconds and doesn't feel like extra work. The automated birthday and work-anniversary celebrations mean no one gets missed, even on a remote team. The rewards catalog has plenty of options, so the points people earn actually feel worth something. Overall it has made appreciation a regular part of our culture, not a once-a-quarter event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HiThrive?

There isn't much I dislike, but a few things could be better. The admin dashboard and reporting could go deeper. I'd like more ways to slice recognition data by team or time period. Customizing reward budgets and point allocations takes some trial and error at first. Some reward redemptions also take longer to process than I'd expect. None of these are dealbreakers, and the team has been responsive whenever we've raised issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Nice System in Place that's More Original than Most"
4.5/5
What do you like best about HiThrive?

Nice to do shoutouts and have the reward system. It's better than the "pizza party and an email" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HiThrive?

More of a personal thing but I always wonder if the people receiving the shoutouts are ok with it? Sometimes people don't want attention called on them or maybe the reward they need is something beyond the website Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive UI, Rewarding Experience"
5/5
What do you like best about HiThrive?

I like that HiThrive is easy to use with an intuitive UI, which makes navigation straightforward. The reward system is a big plus for me, as it provides an incentive to work hard and judges effort through recognition. I also appreciate the clean timeline feature, which helps in organizing work. The redeemable points system is great because I can use the points to purchase things. Overall, the initial setup was very easy, and I use HiThrive integrated with Slack. 5/5
What do you like best about HiThrive?

It was very cool that I was able to give my coworker a shout out, and everyone at the company knows I did it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HiThrive?

I haven't dug in too deeply yet, but I'm hoping that this is connected to Lattice so that actionable feedback can be gathered for year-end reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Gratitude Sharing & Quick Rewards"
5/5
What do you like best about HiThrive?

I love using HiThrive to thank my colleagues and receive thanks from them as well. It's quick and easy to use, and I appreciate that I can exchange points for real money. The setup was super easy for me, and I find it really convenient that I can use it with Slack. I've never encountered any problems, which is a huge plus. My favorite feature is the quick exchange of points for real money, and I’m so satisfied with it that I’d rate it a 10 when it comes to recommending HiThrive to a friend or colleague. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HiThrive?

I think we need to align the value of certificates with that of real money. If we standardize, more people will apply for the certificates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowers Easy Team Recognition"
5/5
What do you like best about HiThrive?

I mainly use HiThrive for employee recognition and engagement activities, and I find it useful for appreciating team members for their contributions and keeping everyone connected. What I like most is that it makes recognizing someone quick and easy. The platform is simple to use and I like that appreciation is visible to the team instead of being shared privately. It's a nice way to acknowledge good work and keep employees engaged. The ease of use makes recognition feel more natural and part of our day-to-day work without having to go through a lengthy process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HiThrive?

One area that could be improved is customization. It would be useful to have more flexibility around notifications, recognition options and how different teams can use the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
