I like the fact that you can show appreciation for employees through points and rewards, and just shout out specific achievements. It creates a great working environment and encourages and motivates people to work hard, specifically me. Especially when you're a new employee, like I was starting as an intern, HiThrive helped me to get recognition and grow within the organization. The initial setup was very easy and fast, taking only about two minutes which was surprising. I like the variety of rewards offered by HiThrive, which allows me to use it on gift cards or specific things I might want or need.
