We've been with Haptik from last 4+ years and What I like best about Haptik is its intuitive bot builder and strong integration capabilities for both web & WhatsApp Bots. It has helped us streamline customer engagement across channels with minimal effort.

The detailed analytics help us identify conversation bottlenecks and improve user experience.

Haptik is a good platform overall, one area that could be improved is the learning curve for new users. Some advanced features require technical expertise or detailed documentation, which could be made more user-friendly like bot break analysis, CSAT Analysis etc

One of the key problems Haptik solves is providing 24/7 availability to our users. Even outside working hours, customers receive immediate responses, which enhances their overall experience and reduces drop-offs.

Haptik being a verified Meta Business Service provider really helped transform our digital marketing and notification services using WhatsApp. Thanks to their world class dev team that accomodate our perculiar requirements and with a quick turnaround.

**What do you dislike about Haptik?**

Being based in a different jurisdiction than Haptik, it comes with beraucratic layer in processing payments via our banking regulator and anually renewing contratcs but this is beyond Haptik's control and is naturally a part of international business.

Automating level 1 queries to make a self service bot and customer notifications via WhatsApp.

**What do you like best about Haptik?**

- The chatbot is actually very good
- Adoption of AI and NLP is much superior to other similar products availble in the Indian Market
- The bot is also quite reliable in terms of uptime
- The Haptik team is pretty good in terms of knowledge, responsiveness, helpfulness and from time to time they help us with recommendations on how to further improve the bot's capabilities
- Their backend team also keeps working on improving AI and NLP features which helps ensure we can adopt and make use of latest technologies and innovations in this space

**What do you dislike about Haptik?**

- The implementation was not the easiet. It seemed to be a bit complex. It took a lot of time for implementation as well
- Lots of features seem to be non customisable which kind of restrict the degree of innovation we want to do from our end
- Customizations in the reporting dashboard is something that is currently missing. Would love to see self serve customisable reporting dashboard in future
- Changes, modifications and additions take lots and lots of time. And when you're a young start up, you want things done yesterday. In that sense it gets difficult at times working with haptik
- The customer support (ticketing support) is a bit slow and get dragged for weeks
- A lot of time, the team that works on RFCs doesn't have context of what has happened in the past, leading to delays
- Lastly, the add-ons tend to get a bit expensive

Haptik has helped us deploy chatbots across all major channels like Whatsapp, Instagram, Google Chats as well as our website and app. This has helped us in mulitple ways:
1. Cost optimisation as chatbot can chat with huge number of customers, at once
2. Faster issue resolution - for many use cases where the issue can be resolved end to end by the bot
3. High degree of automation - completely eliminating the need to human intervention

The account manager Mr.Brijesh Sahoo has been very patent and also very quick with meeting our product team's requirements. Though we faced few technical issues at the start but it was well managed by the Haptik Support team

It has a good and faster chatbot that gives quick replies to customers. It has good content management where we can add articles and topics. We can generate reports and dashboards.

The product is great, well thought out. As its been said many times before, the people make the organisation and I really appreciate Haptik's personnel - they're customer centric, understand their subject well, and guide you on the best solution possible.

Special word to the customer success team - Chhaya has been wonderful in handling us as a client.

**What do you dislike about Haptik?**

These below aren't issues but rather points that Haptik can work on - 
1. Cost structure - high cost structure makes it unviable for starters, especially when the commerce app is considered. Maybe workout a revenue share model for the starters.
2. Feature underuse - The application is very feature rich. I wish I was as well versed as the Haptik team in using the application, would allow for much better utilisation. Maybe deliberate monthly training sessions would cover this.

1. Best about using Haptik is their team - both implementation and the Cust Success teams. Really ensure that u make the best use of the platform, plan for new feature updates in advance, and even acknowledge the bugs/issues and actively support in managing them.

2. The platform itself is pretty versatile, allowing a good amount of customisation, and the last few months of 2023, there are lot of improvements that are being released.

1. For such a long stading platfrom, it's still buggy. more of inconvenience during implementation and "something is off" feeling for the cust.

2. Integrations can be tiresome, but the team helps navigate.

Apart from doing well the basic job of a trained bot and an Live Agent chat platform, it is pretty easy and mostly intuitive to use and make changes on the fly. We're able to have an internal TAT of 2 hours to modify a response or make and update for a query that is already live.

Technical - Good in-house dashboards and reporting facilities. The dashboard is very detailed and progressive. Within the dashboard there are 3 different features which provide analysis on 3 different prospects. AI recommendation tool is nearly accurate and provides useful insights.

Service - They have an excellent and responsive Customer Success Team. My experience has been very good. They are accommodative, resourceful and insightful. That improves the overall relationship which is very important.

The dashboards on some occasions do not get updated real-time. Need to wait at least a day or two to get accurate data.
The smart agent chat has faced a lot of issues in the last few months. Although the team is working on resolving them, it impacts my team's performance metrics.

Haptik is a commercially premium offering. While the platform is priced competitively, add-ons increase the cost of the project considerably. Also, they don't have a voice-based chatbot for call center support.
