Their communication is horrible, and they continually lie to keep you on the hook with false promises Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is yellow.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

They still need to deliver on their first promise. The first step was initially supposed to take six weeks to implement, but it has been almost five months, and still, we haven't implemented it.

We were very excited to start working with them, expecting it to solve a lot of our current issues. However, our expectations have not been met. Despite multiple meetings with upper management and their promises to resolve issues, they have consistently failed to deliver on what was promised.

We have been with them for over five months and have not had one successful implementation of the service. I recently sent them an email requesting help and asking for timelines and expectations, and only one of the implementation specialists responded; no one from upper management did.

Unfortunately, their lack of communication and response has left me with zero confidence in their company. I highly recommend that you use a different company.

The ability to make chatbots for websites helps reduce cost for support roles thats are critical in small businesses which are customer faced like e-commerce. With the chats being human like its a human-like experience for the customers without the extra cost in hiring a support team. support for both website and whatsapp makes it a versatile all in 1 tool for both channels. What do you like best about yellow.ai?

Flow of conversations are highly customizable with ease of use from the backend. It takes a while for this to be learned but it does provide wonders when one gets familiar with it. Integratable with ticketing platform such as Zendesk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
