What do you like best?
It has allowed me to improve the speed with which my clients' questions are answered on my website in a fairly simple way, since through their chat I can now interact in a more dynamic and immediate way with my clients, their Installation is quite easy and it is a fairly simple process, just do a few basic configurations and I can already use this tool on my website, the user interface is quite easy to understand, both for the client and for my service workers so the user experience was quite positive for us Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
It may be something very silly ... But I would like that when I want to download a report I can download it through the same application, and not that I have to open my mail to see the report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?
a) Overall user-friendly interface for operations
b) Livechat for Whatsapp, Facebook and other channels in one place
c) Easy access to master data for custom analytics or passing back to GA / CRM
e) User-friendly interface for creating flows and capturing communications data in master data.

What do you dislike?
a) Data dashboards - It is intuitive, but do not provide actionable insights
b) Campaign Creation for WhatsApp has a learning curve.
c) Speech recognition (FAQ) can be improved to an extent
d) Some media features in WhatsApp bot are missing, like audio files.

What do you like best?
We are using verloop on our academic institution and school website. It works well as a chatbot in converting and generating leads. Its good in case of responses that give out choices to user. Its easy to implement and comes with zapier interation so pretty much everything is possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
I was looking to use appointment scheduling feature but haven't heard back from verloop. The support is a bit slow. In case of open ended questions, it might falter a bit but over time the faqs training makes it better.
In case a user drops before an agent answers the chat, the response given by agent is not sent to user via email or sms. Other companies like intercom do so which helps in bringing back the user to website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?
It is a fantastic tool, with a simple and easy-to-use drag and drop interface, where you can train your bot. One of the best features of Verloop is that it uses Machine Learning which shows its best customers. It has a great capacity for integration and the chat flow that explains itself gives you an additional advantage over other counter products in the market. I also like because the bots connect to the technology stack, create support tickets, all thanks to its interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
Verloop is a good sales and marketing platform, but its configuration can be a bit confusing so it may take some time, however it is worth and effort, I am sure that the Verloop team will find a solution for this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?
Verloop handles the chats in an unblemished manner. The chats are completely interactive and conversational- which is what makes Verloop the best chatbot out there. It is not like a regular chatbot where the responses seem too robotic, there is a bit of human in Verloop and the 14days FREE-TRIAL option with no credit card details required really makes it more interesting for me Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
I’d like to see more metrics within the platform that will enable us to judge the performance better. For now, there are few analytics available, more quantifiers can be introduced and this will really Verloop helps in making business decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?
It allows you to increase your catalog of potential clients, it has the excellent chat option that allows you to automatically serve customers through the bot that the user can easily train, to meet their requests. In addition to increasing your customers, therefore increase your sales and marketing. What do you dislike?
It is a tool that does not have a mobile application, therefore, I would recommend that they take out a mobile version that allows human transparency to be more efficient and faster to attract more customers, and at the same time use it from wherever they are. What do you like best?
I’m very happy that I stumbled upon a platform such as Verloop which is a huge booster for automating various activities such as customer support, lead generation, booking meetings, etc. In this day and age of technology and automation, it becomes highly important to invest in technology that will make a lot your activities simpler and efficient. Verloop ensures that several activities can be automated, thus saving a lot of time for the employees and enabling them to focus on other imperative activities. What do you dislike?
You need to spend a bit of time in understanding the dashboard, i.e. the process of feeding in the chats with predetermined responses, setting the situation as to when the chat must be transferred to the agent, etc. Of course, the team is very responsive and you have plenty of tutorial videos that will help you quickly understand the functioning. What do you like best?
Verloop is very easy to use software. You can train and automate frequently asked questions from the customers. It can be used for Customer Support, Lead Generation and Marketing. It only takes a few minutes to build the bot flow and can implement it on the website in no time. What do you like best?
Its core feature "Chatbot" for which we opt Verloop.
Handling of chats in such a flawless manner is the most attracting feature of Verloop. As human intervention in chats is equal to negligible. Easy to set the process (Bot Recipes). UI is very much attractive & Simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
