What do you dislike about Haptik?

Being based in a different jurisdiction than Haptik, it comes with beraucratic layer in processing payments via our banking regulator and anually renewing contratcs but this is beyond Haptik's control and is naturally a part of international business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
