I love the ease of use of goHappy and the fact that our employees don't have to sign in to anything. It's fed from our payroll system, and it updates every day, which I find really convenient. I also like that people can opt out if they choose to. I really love the smart reply feature, which is a two-way text that, even with some limitations, it has been a game changer for us. Also, the fact that you can set automatic text triggers, add images/emojis/attachments. I also love the keyword menu which sort of acts like a bit of a company intranet.
