I appreciate that goHappy communicates with our team in a way that makes sense for them, so they don't have to log into anything. It's seamless and usable without any hassle. This has dramatically increased the amount of feedback we receive and can act on. I also value how goHappy provides our leaders with actionable data to improve their leadership actions, which results in a better experience for our employees, stronger engagement, and ultimately lower turnover. The auto-firing of messages and surveys without human intervention allows us to gather feedback at relevant times throughout a team member's lifecycle. The ease of the initial setup was impressive as they were very clear about what needed to be done and ready each step of the way. Their customer service is top-notch. I wish there was a better tie in with our HRIS system to keep a record of the kind of feedback that employees share over time.
