The most helpful feature for me is the plagiarism check and network checking that shows if candidates taking the tests copied their solutions or let other people solve the problems. I like that the review page shows the history of how the problems were solved, which you can play, pause, and rewind. It also shows parts that were copied and pasted. It helps me further probe the candidates during interviews their understanding of the solution made to the problem. I like that Codility has an extensive set of tests that I can select from elementary to hard. I can customize the tests to the programming/technical skills we need to hire for the organization.
