One of the things I value most about Cloudways is how it simplifies the management of multiple tools and services in one place. For a small to mid-sized business like ours, having features like server management, backups, staging environments, and SSL setup all centralized is a huge time saver. It makes project management a lot easier and more efficient. The interface is also very clean and beginner-friendly, which helps when working with non-technical team members — although it can be a bit sluggish at times. Support is hit-or-miss. While the agents are knowledgeable and usually resolve issues effectively, response times can be frustrating — sometimes it takes several minutes or even hours to get connected with someone. Also, as mentioned, the UI—despite being simple and well-organized—feels slow or unresponsive at times. It would also be great to have more flexibility with backups and integrations with external monitoring or CI/CD tools. Lastly, pricing can ramp up quickly if you’re not careful with resource scaling.
