I am not sure I would classify this as a "dislike" more of a buyer beware kind of thing. Cloudways is not designed for a beginner level developer. There are a lot of feature, functionality, settings that are great for advanced users. Beginners would be highly confused and may not have a great experience. Customer service can't help you design your server for your needs. That would be up to the individual or they would need to hire an expert. Again, not a complaint, as this setup works perfectly for me. But it is definitely not catered to all audiences. Some of the add on services are priced per application and therefore are not price competitive with other services. This makes it harder to recommend switching to those cloudways services. Cloudways is the best web hosting option for a growing business. What I love most about Cloudways is their fastest web hosting services, super fast customer support team (I get responses within 20 seconds when I need them), No hidden fees, and I can easily add credit when I want, easy to scale up and downgrade my hosting services, free SSL certificates, and more. Here are some of the downside of Cloudways that I don't like. Their control panel is a little bit technical, but anyone can be familiar with their plan within a few days of using it. If they can provide a free email plan then that will be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The technical support is FANTASTIC. There have been minor issues with applications and servers, however, when dealing with Cloudways technical support, the response time and quality is great.

The interface of the platform is very pleasing, feels secure, and I like the modern design. The performance of the servers is of course one of my top priorities in choosing a host and I have been very happy with the speed, reliability, and functionality. The controls are very intuitive and it's easy to add servers and integrate my applications without needing to read documentation. I haven't needed customer support but they have provided lots of welcome documentation by email. With all the features, it's easy to implement SSL for security on my sites. What I liked most about Cloudways is the perfect balance between performance and simplicity.
