I use Cloudways for hosting my e-commerce website because it solves the problem of running a fast, secure, and scalable site without me needing to manage a VPS. Wow, where to start? First it was very easy to get set up. Its a bit on the technical side so if you are just a plug n play GoDaddy user, this may not be the easiest process for you, but being technical I found it very intuitive and easy to set up. I like the options that Cloudways has to offer and I really have been quite impressed with the speed. Had I known how slow my sites actually were before, I would have moved over a long time ago. There is not much. I think the UI is pretty good, but still not always super easy to find the settings that I am looking for. I've been a Cloudways user for a few years now and was motivated to change website hosting and infrastructure provider as I expanded the number of websites I manage which required me to have guaranteed reliability of service; infrastructure which can be scaled and easy to manage.
