Cloudways was able to help me migrate my blog from a serve that kept crashing on me and since we got it moved over it has been consistently functioning without issue. They have quick customer support chats available to answer questions that made it easy to use and learn. The amount of features included with the autonomous plan are excellent. The Included Cloudflare alone is worth the price we pay. I don't have to worry about the surges of traffic, or bots crawling the site, and it also includes the cache features to keep images scaled appropriately. While the migration ended up being fairly simple, I would have liked a little bit more guidance of what to do after they finished on their end. Mostly because I was moving a site that was already a little bit of a confusing situation where I have my main site elsewhere and this part is just the blog, so I get that my situation is unique. I have been very impressed with the performance of the Cloudways hosting service. It offers optimized, fast and simple solutions, while remaining permissive enough for advanced use. The only small drawback is that it may not be as convenient for sites that require few resources but a large web space; such situations would require buying an AWS, Google or similar server at quite high cost per gb, or choosing an oversized server for a single site.
