The interface and panel wins here, it is realyl well done and with everything where it should be. The pricing lean toward the cheap side, which is not bad by itself. It has huge margin of improvements in various aspects but overall it is cheap and reliable. I use it to host a bunch of 0 to low traffic websites and personal projects, sometimes one of the two VPS has hiccups for some reason, probably due to WP triggering updates check at the same time. Support is not always bright, since DigitalOcean purchased them it degraded further, so you need to be lucky and find a smart agent who knows where to put his hands, this is the worst part about Cloudways, was weak even before but not things tend to be worse. Honestly, I love how easy Cloudways makes things. I’m not super technical, so having a platform that handles all the server stuff for me—while still being super fast and reliable—is a huge win. The dashboard is really easy to use, and I like that I can choose between different cloud providers. Plus, their support team is awesome. I wish they offered built-in email hosting—having to set that up separately was kind of a pain. Also, once you start adding more servers or scaling up, the pricing can sneak up on you a bit. It’s not outrageous, but something to keep an eye on. And while the dashboard is generally great, some of the more advanced settings could be a little easier to find or better explained. Cloudways is extrenely easy to use. We have all the control and settings we need. If there is any issue, the technical support team is incredibly helpful. It is extremely east to setup server and apps. the ease of implenting other options like SSL, deployment via Github, etc are also extremely easy. I found the platform so easy to use! I only have a basic understanding of servers and reseller hosting so I was nervous to move from my current provider however, Cloudways was effortless. I find Cloudways offers a good middle ground of control and worry-free hosting. I'm comfortable using a VPS but for production websites for clients, I'm just not confident enough with server upkeep and security. Cloudways takes that burden off my back. Ease of use in the interface is pretty reasonable, I've definitely seen worse. Not limited to just hosting Wordpress which isn't always the case with managed options. Decent trial period.
