I have moved off the platform entirely and only use cloudways for legacy clients that I'm to lazy to switch platforms with. **What do you dislike about Cloudways?** Customer support. There was a time when you could speak to a person in support for an emergency and easily fixable issue. Like when I wasn't able to log in to my account. Now that's impossible. **What problems is Cloudways solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cloudways is a great alternative to wpengine ### 2. Sent an email about a month ago, and no response. **What problems is Cloudways solving and how is that benefiting you?** It used to reasonably priced, with the level of support that they provide for my other clients. USED TO BE. Might as well go use their competitors ### 5. Cloudways was always an expensive option if you wanted to use more than one server, and now you have far less choice of that server. For WordPress websites, their "Breeze" cache plugin has always been a source of issues as well. **What problems is Cloudways solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cloudways was my first move away from using "shared hosting" for my client websites.
