
What I like most about Cloudways is how it takes the complexity out of managing cloud hosting. You get the power and flexibility of providers like DigitalOcean or AWS, but with a clean, user-friendly dashboard that makes everything feel simple—even for non-techies. Server management, backups, staging sites, and scaling are all just a few clicks away. Their support team is also surprisingly quick and helpful when you need them. The only thing I don’t like is the pricing transparency. While the performance is great, the add-ons (like email hosting or advanced support) feel a bit fragmented and can add up. Also, I wish the file manager was built-in—having to use SFTP for everything isn’t always convenient, especially for quick edits. It’s not a dealbreaker, but something I hope they improve.
