"Cloudways streamlines server management and boosts our agency’s efficiency"
What do you like best about Cloudways?

What we like most about Cloudways is how easy it is to manage multiple servers and projects from a single platform. It allows us to deploy staging environments, schedule automatic backups, and scale resources within minutes—without needing a dedicated infrastructure team. Their support team is fast and helpful, and the integration with providers like DigitalOcean and AWS gives us flexibility depending on each client’s needs. Overall, Cloudways has significantly improved our delivery times and maintenance efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cloudways?

Sometimes the interface can feel a bit slow or less intuitive when managing several servers at once, especially when looking for advanced settings. It would also be great to have more built-in monitoring and reporting tools without relying on third-party integrations. Still, these are minor issues compared to the overall stability and performance of the service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid Performance, But Needs Better Support for Developers"
What do you like best about Cloudways?

Cloudways makes server management incredibly hands-off. I like that I can deploy a site in minutes, choose from multiple cloud providers, and not worry about OS-level stuff.

The performance is solid out of the box — even without aggressive optimization, websites load fast. Also, the ability to scale resources up and down without migrating to a new server is a real plus. It’s a good middle ground between shared hosting and fully managing your own VPS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cloudways?

The biggest letdown is the lack of deeper developer tooling and modern workflow support. The staging environment feels basic, and there’s no built-in support for things like Git-based deployment pipelines or environment variable management. Also, support can be inconsistent — sometimes you get helpful answers, other times it feels like you’re stuck explaining the same thing multiple times.

For a service aimed at agencies and devs, it doesn’t quite go far enough in making advanced workflows easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Managed Hosting with a Standout UI/UX"
What do you like best about Cloudways?

I like the managed hosting and its interface, especially the UI/UX. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cloudways?

We can’t create business email accounts for free, which is the disappointing part, since we have to pay for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smooth Migration & Hassle-Free Website Management"
What do you like best about Cloudways?

I recently migrated my websites from Namecheap to Cloudways and the experience has been excellent. The migration process was straightforward, and since then I’ve found it very easy to duplicate and manage sites without any hassle. Performance has been solid and the dashboard is much more user-friendly compared to my previous host.

What I like most is how Cloudways makes complex hosting tasks simple, which saves me time as a web developer. There’s also good flexibility in choosing servers, which is great for scaling projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cloudways?

One thing I dislike is that Cloudways doesn’t provide built-in email hosting — you need to use third-party services for that, which adds some extra steps. It’s not a deal-breaker, but it would be nice if this were integrated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid hosting platform but UI cud be better"
What do you like best about Cloudways?

I like how easy it is to setup a new server and get started. The perfomance is really good, specially compared to shared hosting. Also, having the option to choose from different cloud providers is super handy. Their support team is also quite responsive, helped me a couple times when I got stuck. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cloudways?

The UI feels a bit outdated and sometimes things are hard to find. Also wish the staging feature was more reliable, it’s buggy at times. Pricing is a bit on higher side too when you start adding more servers. And no email hosting is kinda annoying tbh. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplifying Cloud Hosting"
What do you like best about Cloudways?

Since I started using Cloudways, managing my websites has become quite a bit simpler. Previously, I found server administration to be a complex and time-consuming task. With their platform, I've found a very appealing middle ground. Their control panel is highly functional and allows me to perform common tasks—like installing applications, cloning a site for testing, or scheduling backups—in a direct and visual way. I appreciate being able to use the infrastructure of powerful providers like DigitalOcean or Google Cloud without having to handle all the technical configuration that usually comes with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cloudways?

One notable drawback is that advanced support comes at a high cost. While the standard 24/7 support via chat and tickets is very competent for most issues, Cloudways offers "Premium" support plans that guarantee faster response times and more in-depth assistance, such as help with plugin customizations or investigating complex problems. These plans carry a significant monthly cost, making them a solution aimed primarily at large businesses or agencies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent Experience with Cloudways Hosting"
What do you like best about Cloudways?

I am extremely pleased with my experience using Cloudways. My website is running exceptionally smoothly and loads faster than it ever has, even compared to my previous three hosting providers that claimed superior speed. I particularly appreciate the comprehensive dashboard, which allows me to easily monitor memory and CPU usage along with many other helpful features. Overall, I’m very happy with Cloudways and highly satisfied with the performance and reliability it provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cloudways?

Breeze plugin. For this plugin google page speed does not show good score. Though real speed I am happy with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"NIght and Day Difference Between GoDaddy and Cloudways"
What do you like best about Cloudways?

I signed up for the free 3-day trial and was basically blown away. I put up my high traffic site within a day or so and tested - seemed just dandy. Their AI bot for help is really good, and if you still need more help - they have live chat. Even on a late Sunday night.

I went live after the 3-day trial. Their super easy interface is fantastic. I was monitoring my sight and determined I went "too small" on the server size option. All I had to do was perform a "Vertical Scale" - and wha-la! I had twice the RAM and twice the CPU power, and all within about 30 minutes. A quick change in the DNS and bingo! Super fast server.

Their monitoring tools and basically everything they provide will NOT let you down. I am extremely pleased!!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cloudways?

I have nothing bad to say about this service whatsoever. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Managed Hosting with Excellent Support"
What do you like best about Cloudways?

Cloudways offers an incredibly intuitive platform to manage cloud hosting without needing deep server knowledge. I love the flexibility of choosing from top-tier providers like DigitalOcean and AWS. Their performance optimization is great out of the box, and the 1-click staging, cloning, and SSL setup save a ton of time. The best part is their 24/7 live chat support — responsive, friendly, and always helpful when I need technical guidance or help with deployment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cloudways?

The pricing can get a bit steep when scaling multiple applications or when compared to unmanaged cloud services. Also, some advanced server configurations require reaching out to support, rather than being available in the dashboard. While the UI is clean, a few more advanced monitoring tools and integrations would make it more robust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
