You need to integrate a third-party service like Google Workspace, MX Route, or your domain registrar's email. This isn't a deal-breaker—in fact, it's often better for deliverability—but it's an extra step and an additional cost that can be a slight inconvenience for those expecting an all-in-one package.

Cost Structure for Add-ons: The core pricing is transparent, but some very useful features—like advanced backups (every 1-hour increments), dedicated IPs, or their premium SMTP service—are paid add-ons. While they are optional and fairly priced, the costs can add up if you need them for multiple sites or servers, making the overall bill slightly higher than the base price might suggest.
