What do you like best about Cloudways?

I pay a predictable fixed fee, which is good for budgeting for a small business start-up operating on a shoestring budget. Yes, they charge 'overage' fees too, but they're still affordable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cloudways?

Nothing is perfect, but I haven't yet come across anything to dislike or complain about. I haven't had a reason to communicate with 'customer support' yet, so I can only rate their technologies, not their personnel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cloudways solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cloud hosting is expensive, and the pertinent 'pay-as-you-use' pricing may spiral out of control (or out of affordability range) for a small business starting up. That's the problem. I like Cloudways because it is simple to manage servers without any technical skills. They let you choose from several cloud providers such as Amazon AWS or Digital Ocean, so you do not depend on one service. The websites perform well and I have seen quicker load times compared to other hosts I used. Their customer support remains ready to help when I face issues. What do you dislike about Cloudways?

What problems is Cloudways solving and how is that benefiting you?

At Tajop, we needed a hosting platform that deals with heavy traffic during peak times, such as when ticket sales start for big events. Cloudways gives us the capacity boost required to keep our website running smoothly during busy periods. Cloudways value to price point ratio is great for us because we host three websites under one server, one account, one monthly subscription. It has a reliable uptime and we've never had a program. Well, I'm not a developer so the interface, functions and terminology are technical, but its not difficult to learn. Nevertheless, after getting used to it, I know where to go and which buttons to push for what I need to manage occasionally. Our past web developers use it with ease. There's no file manager, SSH is hard to implement. The navigation of cloudways could be easier, it's very difficult to find things. There needs to be more explanations about some of the fields (such as the SSH section). Cloudways customer support was a bit slower than we anticipated when we needed assistance.
