I like Cloudways for its integration with DigitalOcean, which I use every single day. Having both in the same place is quite nice. It has made it easier for me to sort of manage my APIs and others because it sort of combines everything over a single platform. I'm not sure if I've missed this, but it would be great if there could be an option where you can have a staging site that is a replica of the live site. Developers can make changes on the staging and then push them to the live when they are ready. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The user interface is intuitive and powerful enough without relying on root access to the server. The servers are performing well, and the customer support at the price point is very good. The clarity on pricing could be a little better around the server types (basic/general purpose/CPU optimised). So that the user understands the scale and type of server they need. Should provide custom support based on the requirements. Especially when it comes to woocommerce hosting, sites can vary based on their business needs. So the support team should looking to more metrics to decide which hosting plan will work based on their individual needs. That would help improve hosting selection.
