Cloudways has it—one click and it just works. Every other place I tried only supported staging for WordPress sites. Sure, there are other ways to set up a staging environment, but Cloudways makes it so simple and straightforward. In addition the staging comes as part of the package and price. **What do you dislike about Cloudways?** The dashboard is easy to use, though it’s nowhere near as straightforward as a hosting account with cPanel. That said, for someone who knows what they’re doing, it’s excellent and works very well. I don’t actually dislike anything about it—at least, I haven’t come across anything I dislike so far. **What problems is Cloudways solving and how is that benefiting you?** The staging environment is the biggest thing that benefits my work. Before, I used a separate IP for a cloned site to do testing, and I had to manually move files back and forth between the live site and the test site. Probably because when I change a toggle for an option, it immediately makes the change on the server, and you have to wait for that. Maybe if it did this in the background and only indicated it in an info message, it would be smoother. **What problems is Cloudways solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hungarian hosting providers are slow, have poor support, and oversell the storage they sell. Cloudways support is very fast, there was a small outage, but it was resolved within about 10 minutes. In Hungary, this is several hours / day of correspondence. The hosting is amazing, I control what runs on it. ### 3. What really separates Cloudways from everyone else is their tech support and ticket system — fast, smart, and incredibly responsive. Their support team actually understands complex server and WordPress issues and resolves problems quickly. For agencies and businesses managing multiple websites, Cloudways makes hosting far less stressful. **What do you dislike about Cloudways?** Cloudways has been an excellent hosting platform for our agency. The UI is clean, intuitive, and makes server management and scaling straightforward. I tried changing the email, however, it didn't work. It didn't ask for the OTP as well. I think there's a technical glitch. You can now basically pay like 100$ a month for Wordpress or Woo service with all in one solution with automatic scaling and stuff built right with AI and Kubernetes. You have new site manager portal for your Wordpress stuff and is a one stop management software for all your Wordpress sites. There is a free basic plan too if you wonder. Also if you are just starting Astra Pro is first for a year and you can integrate with Cloudflare services right from the portal which is just excellent. I think they have come so far with this product. **What do you dislike about Cloudways?** I will say, they need to bring back some of their old tech support people and for the autonomous management stuff the price should not be 100$ for month, it should be around 45-50$. They are basically making it more AI friendly and cutting of their staff and making more profit and not forwarding those incentives to the end users. **What problems is Cloudways solving and how is that benefiting you?** You do not require Cpanel, and you can easily find credentials to go to Filezilla and manage the directories. You can easily scale and the DB is stored for long. ### 8. Anytime we have an issue (which is very rare) I am able to quickly connect with a member of their team and they are always able to help me resolve it. It looks like they have also rolled out a lot of new features but we are still quite happy with the setup we have now and have not looked to make any changes. **What do you dislike about Cloudways?** Previously I expressed some concern with how Cloudways was rolling out new features. When Cloudflare was first offered as an add-on we ran into some issues and had trouble getting support from either Cloudways or Cloudflare. But we have had no issues since that time and I imagine the support protocols are well ironed out now. Cloudways has always had a fantastic support team and I am definitely still a very happy customer. **Recommendations to others considering Cloudways:** We enjoy having a company who really understands how to optimize a server environment for our website platform, and the Cloudways support team is top notch. **What problems is Cloudways solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our server has been hosted with Cloudways for several years but was managed by a 3rd party development agency until very recently. We created our own Cloudways account and transferred the server from the agency's account to ours. The transition was unbelievably quick and easy. I note that Krystal have gone B-Corp and reporting power usage effectiveness. Mythic Beasts are also high performance and have been verified as a green hosting provider. On a technical level, beyond just raw speed, I would like surface more modern encryption options for certificates and connections. It’s fast, easy to use dashboard, renders the images optimally within milliseconds. I have been using Digital Ocean basic server, but surely upgrade to a more powerful server in the future, as the size of the blog grows over time. It’s really amazing to see all the prominent web servers in one dashboard - AWS, Google Cloud, Vultr, Linode, along with Digital Ocean. The dashboard is so intuitive that the users literally don’t have to make the unnecessary switches to manage multiple websites and servers. **What do you dislike about Cloudways?** When I first heard about Cloudways, I thought of purchasing the domain name along with hosting, but then I found out that Cloudways doesn’t provide domain services. Later, I was in need for the root access of the server, and during talking with the support executive, they told me due to their policies, they cannot share the root access. Rest, it’s been a great experience with their service. **What problems is Cloudways solving and how is that benefiting you?** It’s been solving the challenge of efficiently managing my automobile blog along with its staging server.
