Great for social services use because many different providers can contribute different pieces so that theres a well-rounded system of support in terms of patient care. **What do you dislike about CaseWorthy?** It can be very time-consuming to generate reports but for as customizable as CW is, theres sure to be a streamlining process we just haven't discovered yet. Specifically for case management notes since there are a lot of very specific buttons you have to hit before you can submit. Also, save for generating a whole additional system for training purposes for your staff which would take time and require additional staff to maintain the system, there doesn't seem to be a lot of easily accessible training, you either have to go online or perform training in person and I think it would be in CW's best interest to offer some hard-copy training manuals for easy reference . **Recommendations to others considering CaseWorthy:** Take lots of notes from any trainings, otherwise it is an excellent system for casemanagement and theres a place to put any kind of notes or reference materials your program could require **What problems is CaseWorthy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Really nothing, just the functionality so far and where to find every bit of information but I'm not the one to have built the website. At my previous job working with CW we did have a staff person as our go-to for CW-related questions and its refreshing to know that CW has a development tool that allows you to customize the layout of your portal in order to fit your programs specific needs. ### 2.
