What do you like best about Casebook?

What I appreciate most about Casebook is how user-friendly, intuitive, and customizable the software is. The user interface (UI/UX) is clean, organized, and easy to navigate, making everyday tasks and case management more efficient. The ability to customize features and workflows to meet our program's specific needs is a tremendous benefit.

The integration capabilities provide opportunities to streamline processes and keep information organized. In terms of performance, Casebook offers a practical and efficient platform for managing documentation, tracking services, and supporting program operations.

From a pricing and return on investment (ROI) perspective, the flexibility, efficiency, and time-saving features add significant value to our organization.

One of Casebook's greatest strengths is its customer service, support, and onboarding. Their team is exceptional—responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping customers succeed. They are always willing to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and help us make the most of the software.

What do you dislike about Casebook?

One area where I feel Casebook could improve is in its reporting capabilities. Building customized reports can sometimes be tedious and time-consuming, especially when working with programs that have extensive data collection and reporting requirements. Over the past year, I have needed additional assistance from our onboarding specialist to help navigate some of these challenges.

I am still working to find an efficient way to pull together all the necessary data for one of our programs that requires a particularly data-heavy report. Currently, I have to run multiple reports and combine the information to get what I need, which adds extra steps to the process.

Another feature I would love to see improved is the ability to make bulk updates to certain fields or records rather than having to update them individually.

While these challenges can be frustrating, the exceptional support from the Casebook team has made a significant difference. They have been patient, responsive, and willing to help us find solutions. Overall, I really enjoy using Casebook and believe that enhancements to reporting and bulk editing would make an already great platform even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Casebook solving and how is that benefiting you?

I used to rely on multiple tools—like Microsoft Forms, Excel spreadsheets, and others—to capture data and track outcomes and caseloads. This software has made it possible for me to do everything in one place. We’ve even added a second program within the software, and it has been an amazing addition.
