What do you like best about LiveImpact?

The concept and platform itself have a lot of promise as it has the capability to perform many different functions. The team is knowledgeable and Travis specifically has been fantastic. Pricing seems right for what we are getting and it is now becoming popular enough that I can run basic issues through AI to resolve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LiveImpact?

I think because we are using it as an association instead of a charity or fundraising focused site, we have found we need to work around some features that we thought would be more native to the system, including membership. Because the team has been so great to work with, we have been willing to grow and invest in the platform long-term, provided these features are eventually going to be added. What problems is LiveImpact solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were previously using Wild Apricot for our full membership and website solution, but decided that it was too limited in capabilities as we grow. LiveImpact is solving half of the challenge with taking over our membership CRM and event coordination while we are using WIX for our website design. It has been a steep learning curve compared to Wild Apricot, but we feel that the benefits as we grow will be what we have been needing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
