The ease of inputting the information into the software was my drawing point. So many other online databases are so cumbersome to operate. The software was so easy to set up and Customer Service worked with us to get all of the fields we needed to track for our monthly reports. My office uses this online database everyday and has shared the site with other Social Service Agencies in the area who have also joined in to help prevent duplication of our services. Whenever I had a question or a concern, Customer Support always had an answer for me within that same day, if not during the initial phone call to them.
