Customer service is above and beyond **What do you dislike about CharityTracker?** Its ability to run reports is not as simple as it seems or easy to customize so integration isn't 5 stars.. We would also like to integrate some of our Microsoft Forms surveys directly into the platform but that is not an option. **What problems is CharityTracker solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use it for our case management and record keeping ### 2. The information feels inconsistent and does not reflect the accurate number. **What problems is CharityTracker solving and how is that benefiting you?** Making it easy to keep track of an individual's student assistance being provided to them. ### 3. Minimum training required. A great solution to document notes for case management for program participants. **What do you dislike about CharityTracker?** Lack of advanced features, security is barebone and lack of API. **What problems is CharityTracker solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows us to document all of the case notes for our program participants. These notes can be easily accessed by all staff since it is cloud-based. Such documentation also allows the tally of time spent, which is crucial for our program reporting. ### 4. All emails come through in the same way. It would be helpful if they were categorized in some way.
