What do you like best about InfoFlo Impact?

I appreciate the fast response times from the sales director assigned to my organization- Shai Berliner. I can email him an update request, and he will have it implemented before the day is over. It is more customizable compared to other case management platforms. As a transitional housing organization, I like that we can combine our housing information within our client database. What do you dislike about InfoFlo Impact?

A big drawback is the lack of a View/Print option. Any time I want to review an application or a client’s notes and goals, I have to enter into Edit mode. As a result, we’re essentially unable to print anything from the software in a practical way. There is an option to Export the information into an Excel spreadsheet, but it only applies to applications, and you have to export all applications rather than just one individual’s. A solution would be to add an option to download or open the information in a PDF version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is InfoFlo Impact solving and how is that benefiting you?

We no longer have to operate from numerous spreadsheets and documents. Everything from housing information to client information and case management tools are all in one place.
