What do you like best about Helpline Software?

What problems is Helpline Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Helpline, we relied on a traditional answering service. There were challenges with staff turnover, data analytics, and survivors not getting help. With Helpline, we know that every call is being answered and people are getting the help they need. We can now track how many calls come in, where they come from, what city or county they are directed to. This will also help us to plan upcoming direct outreach and to do it more effectively.
