What do you like best about Beacon?

I have been using beacon.ai from last 3 years and the most interesting part of this tool is that it has a simple user interface and even a non technical employees our company understands its each and every feature and also generate links in which all the digital data and different types of project gets stored and shared in our social media platforms. It helps our customers and followers to access these content from any part of the world just in few clicks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Beacon?

Some of the premium features like custom branding, email collection, advance Analytics can only be accessed if we buy its subscription plan and at the same time I would like to mention that it's subscription plan is really costly as compared to some of its other competitor tools available in the market. Whenever be try to edit our dashboard through mobile devices the editing options become very limited which reduces it's flexibility Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Beacon solving and how is that benefiting you?

As I am the one of the oldest user of this platform and that's why I can say that that the amount of upgradation which they have done in terms of their clean UI is much better than before also they have added lots of different feature like adding product forms, videos, photos on their desktop so that details of each and every service or product whatever we are selling can be displayed properly to our clients who are following us on our social media and websites Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
