Overall it is a very comprehensive database that is easy to work with, complies with state regulations for reporting. Therap works to stay informed on state and federal regulations to continue to comply. Therap's support team is professional and timely in responding to the needs of their customers. Training, webinars, user guides and other resources are provided for users. Therap is continually looking at ways to improve the software, either updating or adding to current modules or creating new modules.
