The campaign setup process is generally pretty fast, and we receive fulfillment files within 1-2 weeks of launch, which is helpful when we need to get reviews in quickly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Having to constantly keep track of samples sent out that yield no reviews and report to the campaign support team. Broken site functionality, poor and faulty launch of new platform / website with many missing features from prior. Follow-up from account manager is sparse to non-existent, and is unhelpful regardless. Support team using AI chatbots to send email responses that progress nothing. Delays in campaign communication are common. No way to check campaign cases outside of email copies now, as they are no longer found in the support case directory. Zero notifcation about major changes in procedure and site infrastructure, we're expected to figure it out ourselves as we go. All in all, lots of bad changes have been made that are making us reconsider our UGC collection strategies in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
