Extra filters, visibility, and, most importantly - no constant degradation/lag/errors, and can easily & quickly find what I need. I love, love, love the quick & efficient help I receive from Erika Mik and Autumn Causley when requesting review removals! They are absolutely amazing, and I hope y'all hire more of them, because they truly do make a difference at BV. **What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice?** For some context, I use Bazaarvoice (Connections & Workbench) 8-10 hours a day, 5 days a week - and I've been at it for a few years! My absolute biggest pain points are: Connections. I waste hours waiting for saved views to error out. 100% user-unfriendly. So many errors. Abysmal selection of filters/customization. I don't think I've ever dealt with such a frustrating site/platform. On Mondays, Connections takes almost three full hours before it STOPS constantly erroring. This sets me back incredibly severely as I don't work weekends. Clearing cache/cookies does not improve anything, nor does opening a Support ticket. Half the time I end up getting a degratation notification before BV replies to my support case. Incredibly frustrating experience all around when using Connections. Moderation (Connections & Workbench). I'm not sure why I constantly see so many discrepancies amongst a group of moderators that should all be using rejection codes in the same/similar ways. It's very inconsistent in Workbench - I see two almost identical reviews, but only one had a stop syndication code applied; moderators reject GIU for inappropriate verbiage on a TV screen, yet the next approved review w/ UGC shows a swear word on the TV. This year, BV moderation even approved a review that simply said "king crab king crab crab legs and king crab yeah" ....for a TV. That's a bit of a rough miss! **What problems is Bazaarvoice solving and how is that benefiting you?** Well, they allow me to provide my customers with solutions; that benefits the customer, as well as me, because I can simply do my job. As for all of the other problems I actually have WITH BV - we'll see if something is being resolved with the new Connections updates. I'm not holding out toooo much hope, as what I've seen thus far will make my life harder than the existing Connections platform already does, but it would be wonderful to see Connections become less of a struggle to use. ### 46. Monday is the worst day as BazaarVoice is flooded with reviews and Q&A from over the weekend it slows to a crawl. This makes my day that much longer because I do not work over the weekend. The moderation is iffy at best, especially on Workbench. Reviews that are obviously not allowed by their moderation codes are allowed through. Then I have to go through the process of reading and rejecting them myself, making my day take that much longer. **What problems is Bazaarvoice solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am able to talk directly to customers, answering their questions and helping them enjoy their products that much more. This allows us to act as a buffer between the customer and customer service. ### 47.
