Advanced digital tools are great but only if you know how to use them. Bazaarvoice stands out for our team because they are focused on helping us get the most out of the platform and all of its tools. **What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice?** Technical support - when working to clear up technical integration tickets there's a definite change in priorities. While the account team is results-driven, the support team is ticket-driven. In its simplest form when we're working on a project with our account manager they seek out answers and ensure that the answers completely resolve the issue. When we open a support ticket the workflow moves towards closing the ticket instead of resolving the problem. Its a difference of approach; on one side the conversation would go "here's how X works, does that makes sense?" and on the other side it's "Here's a webpage with the information you need and a lot you don't, can I close this ticket now?" If anything I could live with those roles being reversed, on basic challenges we can read up on the issue and fix it ourselves but on the really technical stuff we need a more assertive "do exactly this" to fix the issue.
