**What do you like best about Zluri?**

Zluri gives us clear, actionable visibility into our SaaS environment in one place. We can see application usage, inactive users, service accounts, spend, and contracts without relying on multiple spreadsheets or manual reconciliation. The inactive-user views, optimization reports, and custom dashboards (including AI apps and critical applications) make it easy to identify cost-saving and governance opportunities. Overall, it has helped us move from basic visibility to structured SaaS governance and ongoing optimization.

**What do you dislike about Zluri?**

Some application integrations require additional setup or validation to ensure usage data is fully accurate, which can take time during onboarding. Contract and spend data still depend heavily on the quality and completeness of uploaded source documents, so there is some manual effort involved upfront. For non-technical users, the number of features and views can feel overwhelming at first, and it takes some time to understand where to focus for day-to-day management.

**What problems is Zluri solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zluri solves the lack of centralized visibility and control over SaaS applications. Before Zluri, application usage, licenses, spend, and contracts were spread across different systems and spreadsheets, making it difficult to manage costs and enforce governance. With Zluri, we now have a single source of truth that shows who is using what, which licenses are inactive, where spend is concentrated, and when contracts are renewing.

This has benefited us by enabling proactive license optimization, better budgeting and renewal planning, and stronger SaaS governance. Features like inactive-user tracking, optimization reports, service account classification, and custom views for critical and AI applications allow us to reduce waste, manage risk, and make data-driven decisions instead of reacting after costs are incurred.

What I like best about Zluri is its ability to automatically discover and manage all SaaS applications within an organization. It offers deep visibility into usage, costs, and compliance, helping optimize software spend and improve overall governance effortlessly.

What I dislike about Zluri is that the initial setup and integration with multiple tools can be time-consuming. Some analytics dashboards also take time to update, which can delay real-time insights for large organizations.

Zluri helps solve the challenge of managing and controlling sprawling SaaS applications across large organizations. It automates app discovery, tracks usage and spending, and ensures compliance with security policies. By centralizing SaaS management, it reduces redundant licenses and minimizes security risks. **What do you like best about Zluri?**

Zluri is GAME CHANGER for access audits. It has truly saved us during audits. We have visibility of what software is assigned to users in one place, which has been EXTREMELY helpful for offboardings.  It has all the features to help us grow as a company. A nice - one stop shop. It's extremely user friendly and easy to use and get familiar with. 

ALSO! The team Abhi, Riya, Adam...all wonderful folks. :) They have made the implementation process extremely worthwhile and smooth sailing.

**What do you dislike about Zluri?**

I haven't even touched all of it yet, but I wish I saw more integration options for software we use in our company.

**What problems is Zluri solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zluri is helping a ton with our access reviews, which has allowed me to have one place to access all apps in our environment. It also has features that would allow all necessary approvers to formally be a part of. 

NO MORE GOOGLE SHEETS and digging into software user lists to audit! WOOHOOO!! Saves time and is more accurate and efficient.

In our company, the automated access request process for subscribed applications involves several approval steps to ensure that the user genuinely requires the software. These approvals are routed through the manager and the application lead before a license is assigned.

It's okay so far. We haven't encountered any problems yet.

Zluri is a great tool, which can cover all applications used within the company. 
The integration with other platforms is easy and fast.
The program itself has a user friendly UI, easy to navigate.
Additionally the Zluri team, is always present to help when needed, and ensure resolutions are always there.

**What do you dislike about Zluri?**

The need for a Chrome browser profile, for the Zluri browser agent to capture data is a limitation.
The desktop agent only capturing desktop applications is another limitation.
It would be more effective, if one agent can capture both on the desktop and the browser the used applications.

**What problems is Zluri solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zluri is reporting figures, which help us free up licenses and save money in the process.
Zluri will be also automatically provisioning and revoking licenses in the future when we create the workflows.
That will ensure minimal input from the administrators, and a constant review for an opportunity for optimization.

In our company, we have a lot of tools and the small tools were not supported, yes they offered workarounds that still helped us but still needed some one to do them

A well support team, that are willing to check every hicup along the way to provide a seamless onboarding. Feedback matter to them and are always inclined to improve and develop a more suited product depening on the client feedback and use case.

**What do you dislike about Zluri?**

Multiple systems that we  make use of are not available to support for full integration. Altough they will be developed at a later stage it would be more convenient to have intially. Also, support team changes I would keep to a minimum, from my experience a client making use of a system gets used to a familiar face, tends to be more confortable working with rather than having to change mutiple support staff.

**What do you like best about Zluri?**

Zluri has the option to add multi-level review support in the access certification workflows. We were able to assign multiple reviewers to review user access permissions at different levels. This multi-level review option helped us achieve more reliable and accurate review results. Even if the first-level reviewer accidentally overlooked any access misalignment, the second-level reviewers could catch those anomalies, ensuring there was no room for errors and no access discrepancies were left unchecked.

**What do you dislike about Zluri?**

Nothing as of now! We just hope it continues to roll out more innovative capabilities so that we can keep up with our evolving needs.

**What problems is Zluri solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, we had to re-run the entire certification process almost three or four times with different sets of reviewers just to ensure nothing was missed. This approach consumed a significant amount of time, sometimes stretching over months.
But ever since we implemented Zluri, things have changed for good. With Zluri’s multi-level review support, we no longer have to go through the hassle of re-running the certification process several times. It allows us to assign multiple sets of reviewers within the same workflow. In fact, it automatically sends notifications to all assigned reviewers simultaneously, ensuring they conduct the review one after another without any gap or delay. This also eliminated the need to chase down reviewers.
For instance, we were able to set level 1 reviewers as department heads and level 2 reviewers as the security team. Once the level 1 reviewers were done reviewing the user access permissions, the access certification workflow automatically moved to level 2 reviewers without us even having to interfere. In the end, we were able to attain accurate review results.

**What do you like best about Zluri?**

Zluri has helped us immensely in discovering shadow IT, track application usage and spend, and automate our onboarding and offboarding processes.  Their team has been very responsive when working with us to solve our specific business needs.  They are continuing to deploy new useful features on an ongoing basis.

**What do you dislike about Zluri?**

Zluri is a relatively new product that has some maturing still to do.  There have been some quirks and shortcomings found in the application, though their support team is very quick to respond and resolve the issues we've identified.

**What problems is Zluri solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a majority remote company and prior to Zluri, we had very limited visibility on what applications were being used and by whom.  We also had outdated, and completely manual, onboard and offboard processes, which Zluri has helped us to automate.  We are looking forward to implementing the Access Requests feature to establish a single portal where users can request access to applications.

Several positives stand out with the experience at Zluri. First the team at Zluri is always helpful and looking to find ways to support our team and find ways to improve our use of Zluri. Second, the ease of integration really made onboarding simple and easy. Lastly, the ease of integration enabled us to quickly start making use of the access review feature to improve our workflow and save us time.

The UI is intuitive and I can easily create customizable reports for stakeholders. The optimization data is helpful in discerning where money can be saved. Zluri allows me to track specific applications that are not integrated even if they are perpetual licenses which helps me utilize one source of truth instead of multiple locations. Good document storage options.

I don't think there is a way around this with any SaaS applications, but there has been a good bit of setup getting Zluri up and running.

I use Zluri almost everyday to track our company expenses, and user count in SaaS platforms.
Setting up new platforms and setting the contracts is easy, and relatively simple.
Most integrations take a few clicks to set up, and are easy to keep track of.
With everything in place it makes it easy to onboard and de-provision user from where it is needed

**What do you dislike about Zluri?**

Sometimes, even if everything seems to be set up correctly, an automation may not work as expected.
This is frustrating, but talking with the team, we are able to reach a conclusion together in a short time.

**What problems is Zluri solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zluri makes it easy to manage our SaaS:
Cost Transparency: When set up correctly, it offers a great cost view for the platforms it has access to.
User Management: with the integrations, it makes it easy to onboard or offboard  users from the platforms, even deprovision, so no need to remove that one user who barely uses something.
By doing these two things, it helps us better manage our spending, and budget for the platforms.
The integrations are easy to set up, requiring a few clicks in total.
If I need to be away for some time I can easily explain to someone how to use it.

Zluri is great for SaaS discovery and recording what users have access to applications.

**What do you dislike about Zluri?**

Zluri is definitely still in it's infancy, and it attempts to do everything at the cost of doing any one thing well. Unfortunately you don't have to look too far to find pain points.

Depending on the size of the SaaS estate at your organisation, it can also be a garguantian task to implement Zluri, especially so if you're moving from a fairly disorganised and unreliable source such as Excel or Google Sheets. Zluri do offer a large number of integrations which greatly help with this, but there will still be a large amount of manual reconciliation of user access required for everything else.

**What problems is Zluri solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before adopting Zluri, my organisation used a Google Sheet to record JML access to only a portion of the 500+ services accessed by employees during their work day. Zluri allowed us to track shadow IT far more accurately, while also having a more accurate digital record of access.

**What do you like best about Zluri?**

The application discovery process works so well that it can be overwhelming.  We connected Zluri to 4 year old Azure instance and just with that single connection discovered over 700 applications.  We had so many "zombie" subscriptions (where employees subscribriptions were not offboared) that we achieved ROI in a single month.  We also discovered that many "generic" or "service" paid accounts were created over the years that were unnecessary.  We converted these to Shared Inboxes and saved on subscritions.  Zluri lives up to it's primary premise to discover "shadow IT" by taking an exhaustive inventory of all applications, which forces our leadership team to critically evaluate, document, and appropriately administrate all of our accounts.  This process has actually been extremely helpful in shaping our conversation about IT Policies, administration practices, and even our IT Roadmap.  This is an invaluable tool - even if you barely use it to its full potential.

**What do you dislike about Zluri?**

I'm hopful that Zluri can expand its API scopes for some core applications.  In an ecommerce business, there is usually 4 primary tools (ERP, Ecommerce, CRM, and Integration).  The scopes for some of these platforms are so limited that we cannot leverage the full capabilities of Zluri.  Please focus more on these programs.

Primarily Asset Management, the discovery tool is helping us identify ALL of our SaaS tools, which is helping our leadership have informed conversations about IT Policies.

Zluri has a lot of potential i our organization to automate and streamline process, and will be especially useful for budgeting and tracking purposes. Our onboarding team has been highly skilled, collaborative, and communicative. They have listened to our feedback and worked to tailor our build to fit our needs.

**What do you dislike about Zluri?**

While the Zluri interface was a bit hard for me to navigate at first, the Zluri V2 interface is a major upgrade in usability and navigation.

Having our contracts in one place is a big benefit in terms of understanding our portfolio better and planning upcoming budgets

I love how the team really made it easy to not only stand up a POC but made it super simle to implement and deploy the software for us. We were able to quickly integrate so many apps on our initial POC and get feedback on usage, within 24 hours we were able to do some necessary cost saving changes

The only thing I dislike is the synchronization cycle of with the IDP.

The Zluri onboarding and account teams have been particulary helpful in ensure that my company got off to a great start and hit the ground running. The responsivness and follow up of the team has been exemplary.

**What do you dislike about Zluri?**

As a somewhat impatient person, I tend to dislike wiating for bug fixes and new Ui enhancements that I feel are hindering the value I could get out of the tool suite.  Although the Zluri team has been very responsive, I wish their release schedule could be a bit more transparent.

**What problems is Zluri solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to Zluri, we were keeping track of our tools in spreadsheets and had no way to monitor tool usage. Zluri emplowers us with the information we need to make informed software renewal decisions and has shined a bright lite on the large shadow IT we once had.

Zluri auto-recommends deprovisioning actions that you can perform within an app such as – deactivating user accounts, removing users from groups, transferring app licenses, and more.

We would love to see a bulk deprovisioning action selection option. However, even without it, we are doing fine because we do get more control over what actions we actually want to perform, preventing unintended changes.

No more guesswork! You no longer have to figure out on your own what actions to perform while deprovisioning users, because Zluri suggests actions, which are right and applicable for those particular user roles.

Our business was looking for a comprehensive solution to help us manage license cost, growth, as well as approval processes for applications, and Vendor documentation. Not only does Zluri solve the basics of Software Asset Management (SAM), but the Access Review, and App Request workflows, and onboarding/off-boarding automations bring SO much joy to my team. In addition to this, the daily "New App Discovered" emails are LOVED by our System Administrators, and executives. Even though we're still implementing, the support that Zluri offers is unmatched to any support organization I've worked with. The application is super easy to use, and pick up. We will be using this application daily across my team, and as soon as integrations become available - we leap with joy!

There's nothing really negative to say. Zluri is constantly improving, adding features which only adds value to the platform.

Zluri is a great product with a lot of amazing features. It does take time to set up, but the Zluri team walks you through the whole process. A couple of the key features I like are that, with the Zluri app and browser extensions, you can really see the applications running in your environment. Two, the onboarding and offboarding of employees through Workflow is going to save us a lot of time and provide accuracy too.

I don't have any issues with Zluri so far, and the team is great. If I had any dislike, it would be why I didn't know about Zluri a year ago. The earlier you get started, the more applications you have connected and the more spending information you have.

Zluri is really helping me manage my SaaS licensing and spending. The bonus feature I found valuable was the ability to onboard and offboard employees, interns, and contractors. This will be a big win for our compliance team.

I like that Zluri is a platform that combines both SaaS management, as well as onboarding/offboarding workflows. The last product I was using that offered this sunset the application, and I was struggling to find another tool that could offer me both of these items. I found Zluri and it offered everything I needed and more. The platform is very user-friendly, and the setup was not very hard at all. The implementation team did an exceptional job in getting us up and running, specifically the specialist I worked with, Srinivas. Great job Zluri!

**What do you dislike about Zluri?**

Since it's a new application, there have been a couple bugs we've had to work through. There's an issue with broken links on the task completions that the engineering team has taken a while to fix. Also Zluri currently doesn't support SAML for Azure AD.

Zluri has solved all of our onboarding and offboarding needs. Previously we were working off Excel spreadsheets to track these workflows. Also we were using manual spreadsheets for Saas management and constantly missing things, and we had a lot of inaccurate data. Zluri has helped organize and manage all of our Saas tools.

Zluri is certainly the class leader when it comes to feature set.  They cover territory across all the major SMP categories, including:  Security, Automation, Control, and Cost Reduction.  I particulary like two key features: (1) Create dynamic, JIT Offboarding workflows, capturing all user apps that Zluri knows about, and (2) the App Repository, where IT can post whitelisted apps, and end users can follow an app requisition workflow for apps not whitelisted.  Very nice.

Zluri is feature rich, which means training and learning time are extended.  Additionally, Zluri's online or downloadable user guides are nearly non-existent.  Hands-on live training required.

Offboarding and Onboarding workflows have encapsulated those processes and made them semi or mostly automated.  We are now able to, for example, Offboard not only USERS but APPLICATIONS and DATA.

The best thing about Zluri is its integration with so many applications and the ease it provides in creating whichever workflows we want. Additionally, the access review functionality is amazing. It also excels in cost-saving by identifying apps that are not in use, enabling downgrades, and managing users effectively.

The UI could be improved, as the options available can sometimes become confusing. Additionally, the IAM role and policy access review functionality need enhancement

Zluri has helped us set up excellent workflows for onboarding, offboarding and software acquisiton and access requests. Their customer support team are extremely attentive and very proactive in ensuring we are continuing to get the most out of the platform. Pricing is also very reasonable

**What do you dislike about Zluri?**

Implementing the product is very time consuming and we had difficulties integrating with Netsuite. (Zluri's support team were very attentive in helping us resolve this issue.) Whilst they have a large catalogue of software integrations, there are still quite a few applications in our software portfolio in which there is not an easy straightforward integration with the platform.
