Zluri is certainly the class leader when it comes to feature set. They cover territory across all the major SMP categories, including: Security, Automation, Control, and Cost Reduction. I particularly like two key features: (1) Create dynamic, JIT Offboarding workflows, capturing all user apps that Zluri knows about, and (2) the App Repository, where IT can post whitelisted apps, and end users can follow an app requisition workflow for apps not whitelisted. The best thing about Zluri is its integration with so many applications and the ease it provides in creating whichever workflows we want. Additionally, the access review functionality is amazing. Implementing the product is very time consuming and we had difficulties integrating with Netsuite. (Zluri's support team were very attentive in helping us resolve this issue.) Whilst they have a large catalogue of software integrations, there are still quite a few applications in our software portfolio in which there is not an easy straightforward integration with the platform.
