If you do get stuck, Weglot customer support is very quick to respond and very helpful. **What do you dislike about Weglot?** Managing the translation catalogue can become a bit overwhelming. It's not easy to find everything you'll need for excluding elements, and the 'Variables' functionality which allows you to avoid translating e.g. every instance of a date string is so buried that we didn't even know it existed until being explicitly told about it by Weglot support. What I don't like too much is a restriction for number of languages, which can be used on your internet site. The issue has been sold for 24 hours actualy without my involving into the technical stuff. They managed to do everything on our wordpress site for themself (of course with our permission). The visual editor is fantastic for combing through the app and updating any translations that aren't quite right. **What do you dislike about Weglot?** The automatic translations take basically no context about your app into account and so are very inaccurate. They fared better on longer sections of text (paragraphs) than on CTAs, labels and the like. Ours is a video streaming site and it translated a video 'Trailer' into the equivalent of a car 'Trailer'. The initial, automatic translations (EN, FR, IT, ES) are already at a high level. If you are new using Weglot, you'll find your way around quickly. **What do you dislike about Weglot?** You can't filter for "not-yet-approved" translations. As soon as you change something in the translation, its status changes from automatic to manual and the changes are saved & marked as reviewed. This makes it difficult to to back to specific translations, when e.g. you were unsure about the translation. You'd have to assign them to yourself beforehand or only make changes to the automatic translation when you're 100% sure. He provided perfect instructions and helped us figure out something we would not have figured out alone. The support was almost too good to be true.
