We are also very satisfied with the glossary. Our customer has specific names for his products that cannot be translated. If there is anything you can make a manual correction - this is rare however. Overall the best aspect is the customer service. Things can go wrong in the setup due in our part to historical issues between our domain hosted at BlueHost and SquareSpace the website provider - probably things we did. WeGlot helped work out exactlt what was wrong and gave us guidance on what to communicate to BlueHost and Squarespace in turn (it took about 3 iterations across all three as we turned up more historical DNS and SSL certificate issues. WeGlot stepped in and did the set up when required. It's now fully integrated. We use WeGlot on 3 sites now; super responsive when changes are made on the master site. **What do you dislike about Weglot?** Honestly, can't think of a thing. It's just so easy to use and does exactly what we need it to do. However, I prefer using the Weglot Dashboard. When I first started using Weglot, the installation process was very simple, and adjusting from automatic to professional translation is a breeze. When I run into issues, the support team is always quick to help and accommodate me. **What do you dislike about Weglot?** The one thing I would like to see is, if Weglot could create a different option for Admins of multiple sites. I think the current pricing models are catered to larger enterprises and larger agencies. There is a gap in the pricing which doesn't fully support the smaller consultants or companies who maintain multiple websites for their smaller clients. Most pricing models assume that the customers are all larger enterprises, and not necessarily smaller NGO's or start ups. The price points for Africa could also be reevaluated perhaps to allow for more currencies and allow for pricing which is better aligned to each region. **What problems is Weglot solving and how is that benefiting you?** I regularly receive text from various African countries for French and Portuguese translations. The language and dialect differs based on region. The automatic translations are never accurate, and manual translations are always required.
