We dealt with someone called V******n who could not have been more helpful, considerate and capable. They take so much of the adminstration and managing and translating out of your hands. After reaching out to their team, we have emailed back and forth for more than a week, and the changes they suggested made our site health even worse -- doubling the issues we see on our SEO tracker. And troubleshooting about any specific integration you have is pain-free as the team (shout out to Corentin) are super responsive, insightful, direct and keen to help find a resolution. **What do you dislike about Weglot?** Some translations in our specific integration (with Thinkific) can be difficult to find and manually review as the course player content sits in a bulk api dropdown rather than page by page with specific urls. **What problems is Weglot solving and how is that benefiting you?** We sell online courses and Weglot allows us to easily translate these without lots of duplication and manual work. About 80% of the automatic translations are perfect, about 10% are understandable but need some work and the remaining 10% (i.e. technical words) are incorrect and need changing.
