The app translates my shop really well, the translations are accurate, so I barely need to edit anything manually. That saves me so much time. But what really stood out with me is the support team. I had a few specific challenges with translations. Nicolas and Jeremie from the support team went above and beyond to help me fix all my issues, including some quite technical ones.They always responded quickly, explained things clearly (even though I don’t have a technical/IT background), and guided me step by step until everything was working perfectly. Thanks to their help, all translation issues are resolved. The app itself is intuitive and makes it easy to manage translations. If we had to do it again, we'd pick a more mature solution, or at least one with a more responsive team. **What do you dislike about Weglot?** Difficult communication through email, and will never go on calls. We pay 2000$ / month and they refuse to get on calls full stop. Sometimes just ignoring us, it doesn't matter how nicely we ask. Last year they did a tech upgrade which wasn't smooth at all and forced us to work on this for weeks, all the while sendings us notifications that our website would be shut down. Horrible waste of time, made frustrating. Hard rules like "we never go on calls with customers" don't make sense in business. They are lifestyle decisions that hold the business back. Their translations lack behind competitors. We had a pretty niche request about running a different chat widget on our German site version, and Alexis from support helped us out quickly and clearly. Honestly wasn’t expecting such fast and helpful support - it saved us a ton of time. Only small thing I’d note is sometimes there’s a bit of cache involved when changes go live, but nothing major.
