Time consuming and expensive. Very much below expectations. **What problems is Weglot solving and how is that benefiting you?** The idea was we hit a button and we had a decent translation of our website but that is not the case. ### 2. Weglot is a Decent Tool, but has Poor Support **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Daniel C. | Creative Director, Education Management, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** December 27, 2021 **What do you like best about Weglot?** For what it is - a replacement for Google Translate - it isn't bad. It gets the job done well, has the option for you to upload custom translations and translated documents based on language, and provides some reporting on use. **What do you dislike about Weglot?** Several things could be improved. First off, the pricing model is not great. It's based on translations/language. So, you are left with deciding how much of your audience really needs to have things translated and which doesn't. Should you hit that cut-off point, any new users are out of luck. If you have a big website or a lot of different languages that you want to translate, this may not be the right fit for you. We had to increase our user base 3-4 times, including a few times during very important/timely content deployment. **Recommendations to others considering Weglot:** I'd think twice. While it is a solid product, the pricing model is poor, service is slow (partially due to it being Europe based) and you will quickly find yourself either out a lot of money or looking for a better alternative. **What problems is Weglot solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows us to provide our website content (text and documents) in a variety of languages for families within our school district who do not speak English as their first language. ## Weglot Discussions -
