Any change to copy on the website creates a new line of translation instead of it updating an existing one. Although we faced some issues in initial installation, we had great support from Weglot and more specifally Corentin that not only helped us to overcome those issues but also was there for us in subsequent info required for some translation issues. The responses were quite friendly, to the point while descriptive and you immediately have the feeling that the support was more of a cooperation between coleagues working to solve a common problem. **What do you dislike about Weglot?** At the moment I have no dislikes. Its is early of course since we are rather new in our subscription with Weglot but if the support is like our current experience and the the translation environment is like you have so far experienced ... I see no reason to have any dislikes. Subscription pricing is always nice to be lower ... but you know the terms from the begining I guess and as we go along if this prooves to be a concern ... then a customer can always switch service .. but I guess all factors should be taken into such consideration. **What problems is Weglot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Weglot is helping me translate our website in Greek, which as I said earlier ... using Big Commerce, is really a one way road. It required installing six separate plugins, setting up accounts on third party sites and - even after all that - we could not submit a manual translation request. We decided to give Weglot a whirl instead. It was easy to set up, well designed and well documented. We ran into a snag with translation of tooltips on one plugin, and support was patient in walking us through various solutions until we got it fixed. As we roll out multi language to the balance of our sites, we will be using Weglot throughout. **What do you dislike about Weglot?** It would be great to add a way to request / submit manual translation for certain pages, though I realize you can overwrite machine translation through the plugin. **What problems is Weglot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Simple, fast multi language translation. Loved the ability to amend the language legend, ease of adding CSS blocks, ability to edit translations, and the simplicity of setup. ### 37. Manual checking and correction allow to have a high-performance and exact translation without having to invest an excessive budget. ### 41. But it wasn't long ago that SquareSpace had no good way of developing multi-language sites! WeGlot fixed that and now our websites are easily multilingual. All we have to do is change one version, and then the translation automatically updates. That's precisely the kind of easy solution we needed. Thanks! **What do you dislike about Weglot?** WeGlot has great support, but I wish some parts were more intuitive. Some of our headlines weren't translating, and I wasn't sure why, and we contacted support which got back to us quickly. Apparently, it was due to a box which wasn't automatically ticked to check the dynamic text. Now I know to do that for the future, but I wouldn't have thought to do that. **What problems is Weglot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Squarespace does not naturally have multi-language support. WeGlot fixes that and fixes it in a very natural way. No parallel pages, no having to update two pages every time, it naturally translates every website. I wanted to translate these files by adding a translation media file but it didn't work. The quality of the translation is excellent and almost instantaneous and it is well integrated with Squarespace which I use for my site. Every time I contact Weglot for assistance, I always receive support the same day or the next day. And I have always been satisfied with the support.
