The "single pane of glass" visibility is the biggest winner for me. Being able to jump from a high-level website uptime check straight into server-level metrics or cloud resource usage without switching platforms is a huge time-saver. I also really value the flexibility of the alerting system; the fact that it can actually place a phone call to me when a critical circuit goes down rather than just burying another notification in a noisy Slack channel has saved our team during off-hours more than once. The user interface feels a bit stuck in the past. It’s functional, but it’s definitely cluttered, and finding specific advanced settings can feel like a scavenger hunt. Also, the alerting can be a double-edged sword; if you don't spend significant time fine-tuning your thresholds early on, you’ll get hit with a "storm" of individual notifications for a single incident instead of one consolidated report. The pricing model can also be a bit of a headache to navigate once you start adding various monitors and add-ons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
