
ResMan has been very helpful for our property, especially because it is well designed for Section 8 management. The system is very detailed, particularly when it comes to resident information, which makes daily work more accurate and organized. I have previously worked with OneSite and Entrata, and compared to those, ResMan currently meets our needs better. There are not many things I dislike about ResMan, but there is room for growth. One area that could be improved is the waiting list functionality. For example, when managing a parking waitlist, it is difficult to adjust the order fairly when someone needs to be moved up. Even if a person receives a spot earlier, the list numbering does not automatically update for the remaining residents. This makes it harder to clearly reflect the true order of the waiting list and can cause confusion when tracking positions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
