ProcurePort caters to a wide variety of sectors including manufacturing, healthcare, construction, energy, biotech, pharmaceuticals, and food and beverage, among others. The ProcurePort Procurement Software includes the ProcurePort e-Sourcing Suite for managing Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Request for Quotes, Reverse Auctions, Vendor Management, Contract Management, P.O & Invoice Management, and spend analysis. These tools are designed to streamline and automate the procurement process, helping businesses save time, reduce costs, improve efficiency, and gain greater visibility and control over their procurement activities. The user Interface is very user friendly. No formal training is required. It is capable of handling simple to complex negotiations with ease. The system adoption by our procurement team and suppliers was very quick. Suppliers found it easy to submit quotes as compared to the solution we were using earlier. System has the flexibility to incorporate any kind of calculation formula that we used in MS Excel. Creating projects is quick and easy. Also the reporting is fantastic and easy to understand. It gives the result in color coded format, just like comparison statements we used to create manually. It saved our lot of time. Categorized supplier management helps in quick quote collection. Contract Management repository is an icing on the cake which is inbuilt and helps us to track and renew the existing contracts within time. **What do you dislike about ProcurePort?** The dashboard does not have graphical representation of the spend addressed and project executed, although it was not a area of concern for us as we can get overall project status and event based reporting. Quick analysis on dashboard looks good and I must appreciate that Procureport has worked on our feedback proactively and has promised to release update in March 2020 for On Dashboard Analysis with Graphical representation. **Recommendations to others considering ProcurePort:** They have a very supportive sales team. Request for a Demo or a Pilot project to experience the difference. **What problems is ProcurePort solving and how is that benefiting you?** Apart from cost saving, we have saved time on sourcing & negotiation activities. We have improved TAT on PO finalization. ### 3. The bidders are forced to enter their prices directly into the system, without having to interact with the purchasing staff. Easy enrollment process for the bidders. Easy participant selection process. **What do you dislike about ProcurePort?** I don't like that I can't make the awarding process directly from the portal. That forces the purchasing staff to have to interaction with the bidder via email. Procure Port staff need to do a better job on the reporting system. It is not easy to evaluate the Total bid per participant using the excel report at Bid History. You should consider to only have visibility of the bidding process until it is finished. **Recommendations to others considering ProcurePort:** If you want an automated process for procurement, you should try Procure Port. It is very important to ensure a fair process for bidding, Also, your procurement staff don't need to waste time asking for quotes. **What problems is ProcurePort solving and how is that benefiting you?** The tool helps me keep the quotes documented and the procedure used in case there are any claims. A fair environment is promoted where equal treatment is guaranteed to bidders. The Chat tool eliminate the need to use the phone for clarification. The "Participant" tools helps me to keep an updated record of bidders such as email, phones, roles, etc. ### 4. I like to use the templates which reduces the setup time even more. **What do you dislike about ProcurePort?** Upload functionality of suppliers and parts is difficult or can just be done by Procure port itself. I am hoping this will be resolved at some point. **What problems is ProcurePort solving and how is that benefiting you?** we need to reduce our cost of goods spend and have been very successful. We have overachieved on every single commodity ranging from 6% to 65% overall savings/cost reduction. ### 5. The platform is very user friendly and easy to use on both my end and the Suppliers end. I have received nothing but good feed back from the Suppliers that are bidding on my procurements via the ProcurePort platform. **What do you dislike about ProcurePort?** I really don't have any dislikes, the only additional thing that would make the platform even better would be if I could pull the historical usage data I need from Utilities directly from the ProcurePort site. **What problems is ProcurePort solving and how is that benefiting you?** The major benefits are the fact that all of the data from the auctions is saved to the platform and if I need to go back and review at a later date, everything is in one one place and easy to find. ### 6. Something that should be there isn't.
