Since I started using the Field Materials application, I’ve noticed several positive changes. It has improved our workflow, increased productivity, and—most importantly—made both my job and my day-to-day work much easier.
It has also made a big difference in the field process. I no longer have to constantly remind the team not to throw away packing lists. Now, when materials are received, the field team can confirm quantities and upload a photo directly into the system. Those photos are extremely helpful later when I need to verify an order, process a kickback to a vendor, or resolve discrepancies.
The AI feature is also very helpful for reading and processing invoices. And if an issue ever comes up, the customer service team is excellent at helping us find a solution.
One of the things I appreciate most is that I’ve never felt like I was on my own while learning or using the software. From the moment I started using Field Materials, I’ve felt supported, and I’ve now become comfortable enough with the system that I don’t need to rely on support nearly as much.
Overall, Field Materials has made our purchasing and invoice process more organized, more efficient, and much easier to manage. In terms of speed and reliability, my experience has been very positive. The system processes information quickly, especially when reading invoices, matching them with Purchase Orders, and verifying quantities and pricing.
It has also been very reliable in our daily workflow. When an issue does occur, it is usually resolved quickly with the help of the support team, so it has not caused major interruptions to my work.
Overall, Field Materials has helped us work faster, reduce manual tasks, and keep the purchasing and invoice process moving efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When it comes to anything negative about my experience, I honestly don’t have much to say about the Field Materials application itself. The only real concern I can point to is the pricing model, which feels more tied to how software companies operate today than to this product specifically. In the past, you could buy a program or a license and actually own it. Now, most software runs on a subscription basis, which means you’re essentially paying for the service on an ongoing basis.
As for the application itself, any issues I’ve run into—whether they were due to user error or something on the software side—have consistently received the right support and been resolved in a timely manner. Because of that, I don’t really view those situations as negatives. If anything, they come across as a positive reflection of the customer service and support behind the product.
